My mother & father in law absolutely love this place first off.. and the menu is massive BTW. My mother in law treated my hubbie and I here while in Santa Fe the other day… it seriously did not disappoint! My hubbie & MIL both got the flauta plate, which were huge stuffed flautas with plenty of meat for a change! You can smell & taste the freshness immediately as well. I got the quesabirria tacos, which were seriously delicious! Many times Birria is too “spicy”; meaning too much star anise, cinnamon, cumin, etc., but these were perfect & juicy as all get out! We also got a seafood salad for my FIL to take home. I have to admit, the fried calamari on that salad was still amazing after like 4 hours; Prefect seasoning, breading ratio & preparation. Really good experience all the way around, we’ll all be back for sure!

We had menudo and tacos. The beef tongue and beef tenderloine tacos are marvelous. You can taste the original meat flavor rather than the seasoning. Menudo is my favorite. Large portion, lots of tripes. I want to try the tripas (guts) tacos but my boyfriend refused. If you ever go after seeing my review, please try it for me.

What a fun place to have a delicious meal. The chips and guacamole was so delicious and the asada stuffed sopapilla christmas style was absolutely the best. Red chilli was nice and spicy, green was mild and full of flavor.
Service was exceptional, had 4 different waiters. Great prices tons of food options, so many to choose from. Food came out fast, hot and very delicious. Atmosphere was colorful, family oriented and loved the all female mariachi band.
Will definitely be back soon.

For the last 21 years. This place STILL treats you like family. Very welcoming, mariachis, Amazing food, the drinks make me thirsty. If you are looking for a restaurant that will not leave you hungry or a bad taste in your mouth. Eat here for the next 28 years!! Then try to tell me I was wrong. Couldn’t figure out who was actually serving us… we had three people checking on us and at one point one of the ladies said… “oh your server will be here “

We’ve been really lucky lately when it comes to finding spots in a pinch that end up being everything we could have dreamed of and more. The atmosphere is fun and the service is outstanding. Then comes the food, wow! Tacos carnitas were out of this world. Crispy tortillas with juicy pork and a good spicy green sauce. My son got the garlic buttered shrimp and after rejecting his offer to try cause I wasn’t in the mood, I ended wondering “wait, this is better than the carnitas!?!” SO MUCH FLAVOR! The Mrs got the mole and said it has a little kick and the flavor is a punch in the face. Chicken was tender and everything came out quick. Super grateful for the service and experience, definitely come and check it out! We may come back for their breakfast before our trip is up too!

Great atmosphere! Ample space. We hit the preferred time for those ready to eat. We were seated right away to drinks and chips served with a bangin’ salsa. Went through two – three baskets of chips in a snap.
My husband ordered chicken chimichanga that came with a red sauce. He prefers the white sauce which is more of a cheese topping. He should have asked. I’m sure they could’ve made adjustments. He still enjoyed it. Fluffy, fried to perfection. Served with beans and rice. Filling portions. I ordered something simple, bursting with flavor – gambas con tocino (bacon wrapped shrimp). Two broiled shrimp stuffed with cheese and bacon (four/five per order). Comes with a house rice and beans. Would’ve loved jalapenos served on the side. Again, I didn’t ask. We ordered shrimp fajitas to go. They were ok. Served with jalapeno, onions and bell peppers, beans and house rice. Small portions of cheese/guacamole/sour cream.
Mark had a Corona and I was adventurous, tucking into a Sangria-like drink called the VAMPIRO – loaded with spirits and hitting its mark.
