Service was really great and quick. The owner gave us recommendations and all the food was super good. Street tacos were a hit with my kids. The carne asada plate was nice and fresh. Corn tortillas were perfect. Nothing to complain about here. One quesaabrilla was made wrong and they fixed it quickly.

First impressions matter. Came here with an open mind considering the number of Mexican restaurants in Cedar. Right off the bat we started off wrong. I ordered an horchata agua fresca and they served me a Jamaica one. That was after I said “horchata” twice. Initially when I ordered and a second time when she confirmed. I let it go because who doesn’t like jamaica? Second, they took what seemed like forever to serve a simple to go order. Two street tacos, a regular taco, a gordita, an agua fresca, and a sangria. The cherry on top of a Sunday? Once we got home we realized the bean and cheese gordita wasn’t in the bag. I called asking for a refund for the gordita. The lady who answered said she could “whip one up if you come right back”. I wasn’t driving back. I asked for a refund again for the price of the gordita and she said she couldn’t do that and could give me a discount for next time. I declined the discount considering this first experience and said I wasn’t planning on going back. I was then told I could drive back on Monday so the manager could issue a refund. Not a genuine inkling to make their mistakes better at all. No one beats Tacos el Jefe!
P.S. and a sprinkling of carnitas in the tacos. It was more of an onion taco than a carnitas one.

We placed a large breakfast order on short notice, and everything turned out perfect. The food was hot, fresh, and ready right on time. The staff was friendly and accommodating despite the quick turnaround. Everyone loved it — definitely recommend for catering

We decided to take a chance on Adelitas today because we love Mexican food. We were not disappointed!! We ordered the Quesabirria combo, it was delicious and fresh. The beans and rice are the best in town that we have had. Be sure to try them out!!

First time trying Adelita’s in Cedar City by Walmart. The service was amazing and the prices are on par with most other Mexican places. I had a Pollo Asado burrito which cost $9.89. It has rice, beans, pico and pollo. I wasn’t impressed with the flavor of the pollo or the beans and rice. The salsas are a bit runny for me, but I’m sure others will enjoy them. They do have quite a few salsa choices. I’ll go back again, but not for the pollo asado.

So hot, you can’t even eat it. Changing the recipe, consistently will ruin a restaurant. Bring back the original when you started. I spent almost 25.00 on chips and salsa that my family can’t even eat it!! Make it natural and original again please.

The best quesabirria I’ve ever had; amazing consommé with it! Phenomenal Carne Asada and Carnita burritos. Wonderful colorful artwork. Awesome selection of salsa, pickled onions and carrots. We cannot wait to return! This is some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had and we are from Southern California!

I got a bacon breakfast burrito. A lot of breakfast burritos are similar but this one was cooked so perfectly. They wrapped it in aluminum foil and paper, which was nice for when eating it. The salsa bar had seven different salsas and a wide selection of chopped veggies. Both the cook and cashier were friendly. The restaurant itself was clean and had an overall fresh feel.

We ordered 2 breakfast burritos here today and I was very disappointed in what we got this time. We have been here A LOT since they opened, but today I got the burrito I always get for breakfast and while they made it $1 cheaper, they give you half of what they used to, and it was so small I am already having to think of what I will have to do for lunch as I write this review. We have loved this place, but we won’t be going back if they cut their burritos down to nothing. I will just have to make this at home too.
And if you say you did not change the portions then maybe it was a fluke, a error on the chef. We always give it another chance after we have a bad experience to see if the changes are consistent, but I hope the next time we don’t get the burrito we had last time. I would rather have the burrito I’ve always had for $1 more than a $1 less and half the burrito.
Edit: So we came back and got another breakfast burrito and it was definitely the chefs error because the burrito we got today was normal again. I hope the burritos stay consistent because that last experience was disappointing.
