Hubs had enchiladas de mole and I had a soft taco. Everything was great. We actually chose this place bc it has the highest rating and there is definitely competition. Chips and salsa were very good. We didn’t have drinks but I did overhear someone complimenting the margs. Server (I think owner) was so nice and attentive without being overbearing. Lovely place.

The food is delicious, the service a little slow, and the decor needs some more added.
The Cochininta Salteada was a very good, spicy pork dish served with rice and beans.
The Pollo Tejano was Grilled Chicken Breast, bacon, mushrooms and cheese..also very tasty!
Very nice place and the price are very reasonable…we’ll definitely be back again!!

This was the absolute best Mexican food I’ve ever had!! The salsa is so fresh and FLAVORFUL! I had no idea the blatant difference between just-made salsa and the stuff that’s served till it runs out. The tacos–delicious. I was full after 3, but then I saw the pic of the fried ice cream and had to try it. It’s a large scoop of ice cream that’s been fried then topped with the same flavors you’d expect from a horchata. I gladly gained about 42 lbs from lunch and I’d do again in a heartbeat.

You just feel welcomed when you’re at Adelina’s! The food is delicious (pork carnitas were some of the best I’d ever had) and you never feel rushed or like you’re just another customer. And if you’re looking for fresh guacamole, Adelina’s is hard to beat. We went there to celebrate birthdays, and all the staff were excited to celebrate alongside us. Can’t wait to visit again!

I am not from around here but I found them on google. They were really nice when I came in and my food was good. My only issue is they charge $1.50 to add cheese to a $2.25 taco. That makes no sense adding cheese almost cost the same as the taco.

A friend and I went for our first time last week. She ordered a chicken plate and I ordered steak tacos. She had a strawberry margarita; I had a mango one – I’ll definitely order again on my next visit!
The service was great, meals were perfect and their prices are great!

My husband and I happened to go to this restaraunt and were quite unsure about it since it seems a bit like a hole in the wall. From the very start we were pleasantly surprised. First things first, I have literal dreams about the queso there. We have to make sure to order extra to keep at home for when they aren’t open. The main waitress that is there is absolutely wonderful. She’s kind, cares about our child, and always remembers us when we come in. Their tacos are some of the best Mexican tacos we have ever had. You can’t go wrong with their chicken and rice as well. Finally, my husband loves their blueberry margaritas. Sometimes the service hasn’t been as good as we would hope if the main server lady isnt there, but the food is so good we dont let it bother us too much (plus that is a rarity). Definitely go. You wont be disappointed!

I’m from the Des Moines area and have enjoyed Mexican food at over 2 dozen local restaurants. Adelina’s by far has the best food, great atmosphere and wonderful service! Definitely worth a 90-120 minute drive for this experience. Great job Adelina’s!!
