Ordered the veggie pizza, no cheese. It was great! Fresh ingredients and thick puffy crust
The waitress was very nice!

We have ordered several pizzas over the past year and they were decent, not great, but edible. About 6 weeks ago we ordered a MARGHERITA pizza to go. It was horrible. No basil, drowning in goopy cheese and eventually soggy. I contacted the food and beverage manager who apologized and offered a free pizza whenever we wanted. So last week we again ordered a MARGHERITA pizza to go. Unfortunately it was the same result, piled with cheese that slid to the center of the pizza leaving a dry perimeter. But there was basil this time. It’s puzzling as they have an excellent pizza oven and the crust on all the pies are crisp and well made.

It’s a shame as there are other excellent pizza places in the area, Giuseppe’s in Pismo and Flour House in SLO, no reason why Adelina’s can’t be in the same league.

What a beautiful place, attractively designed, well laid out, a bright spot above and beyond many other places in Central Coast California. The menu is extensive, from appetizers, entrees, desserts and appropriate wines. The food is exquisite, beautifully plated, with generous portions. Server was friendly and courteous , although sometimes forgetful and with lengthy absences, perhaps could be more careful to be sure orders are complete to avoid partial servings, e.g., only took the wine order for one person.

Adelina’s is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional—Shelby and Jon went above and beyond to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, they elevated the entire evening.

The food was outstanding—the Reuben sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had, perfectly balanced and full of flavor. The meatballs were rich, tender, and bursting with authentic taste—comfort food done right.

The drinks deserve their own spotlight. The espresso martini was smooth, bold, and indulgent, while the Manhattan was crafted with precision—both absolute perfection.

On top of it all, the golf course views and inviting ambiance created the perfect backdrop for a relaxed yet elevated dining experience. In fact, Adelina’s easily rivals the atmosphere of my favorite golf club in Lake Las Vegas. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger just a little longer.

Highly recommend Adelina’s for anyone looking for incredible service, memorable food, and a setting that truly captures the best of the Central Coast.

The service was excellent. Cece did a great job! And, one of the best decisions made by Adelina’s Bistro was to hire Jennifer as the new restaurant manager….she a natural for the position and gifted with fantastic social skills that makes everyone feel welcomed. Also, kudos the person who made our pizza, we liked the thicker crust very much.

First..Food & cocktails were top notch. MARGHERITA pizza..coconut shrimp delicious. Manager Jennifer was anazing and our server Gage was so friendly & efficient. He is new employee & I wish him a long employment with AdelaIinas. I NKvisited on a Wednesday for music. SAMI ROUISSI was the musician. HE WAS WONDERFUL. Several patrons remarked how they were happy to hear someone different. I wanted to post on open table..but one needs to book with them in order to review. We just walked in.

Beautiful setting with fireplace. Very clean restaurant and lobby areas. Nice selection of wine, we chose a bottle of Daou Red.
The server needs a little fi e tuning and training, but was sincerely doing his best.

Adelina’s Bistro at Monarch Dunes is a hidden gem! If you’re a fan of classic throwback menus, you’ll love it here. Their Crabcakes as an appetizer are a great start, followed by a perfectly cooked Filet Mignon with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes—definitely feels like a trip back to the 80s in the best way. But what really stands out is their wood-fired pizzas—absolutely amazing! They also have a full bar and a good selection of wines to complement your meal. While the menu could use a little updating, the food and service more than make up for it. Highly recommend for a laid-back yet delicious dining experience!

Excellent dinner at Adelina’s last night. We tried their new Pre-fix 3 course offering, including the Petite Salmon Salad which was terrific and not so petite, the Pistachio Crusted Pacific Red Snapper and the Beef Osso Bucco, both of which were very good. And kudos to our server Jennifer who made the evening even better. My only suggestion would be to turn down the very bright lighting (I did ask and they did turn it down a bit) which would really improve the atmosphere in what is a very attractive dinning room.
