I recently made my first trip to Adele’s Frozen Custard! What a treat! I had the peanut butter banana custard with chunks of brownie! I was amazing! My friends who joined me had the S’more custard which they thoroughly enjoyed! It’s great little shop in what appears to be an old house in Excelsior! And they have more than just custard! The have sandwiches and other savory deliciousness! I didn’t try any of those things but I will happily go back and give it a go!

Pretty iconic place in Excelsior. Frozen custard is really yummy and the outdoor patio and picnic tables have enough room to sit and enjoy your food for a few minutes. I would give it five stars except parking can be a nightmare. Very small lot that is tangled up with the drive through. Every time we go here, I will see at least a couple of cars try to get in and just leave. There is no overflow parking. Come at an off time for the best chance to get a snack here!

We had a great time walking here for an easy dinner and dessert. Kids have a nice little menu to pick from, ours had hot dogs, chips and switched out a drink for the kids scoop of ice cream, which they ate first. The custard here is always amazing!! Sandwich options are always a great choice to pick up before going out on the lake. You can buy pints of ice cream to bring with as well

Pretty good frozen custard. The cookie dough was great and we were surprised with the huge chunks of delicious cookie dough inside. Normally we feel like you just get a couple small chunks.

Excellent ice cream cookies and sundaes for a hot, sunny day. Initially the pricing may look a little steep, but the quality of the ice cream surely made up for it. I got an ice cream cookie which triumphed over every single other ice cream cookie I’ve ever tasted and a turtle sundae that tasted as good as it looks. I plan on returning and trying something else in the near future.
