Tried out this place for happy hour. When we walked in the decor was beautiful. A large restaurant that’s well done. They have a large and well stocked wine cellar. The salad bar looked amazing, but we didn’t try it. We sat at the bar and had the happy hour drinks, bartender was great and I loved the traditional Brazilian cocktail caipirinha as well as the mojitos. They only have 3 drinks and 3 appetizers on the happy hour menu. They do have a much larger bar menu. They brought out some cheese bread and it was dry and not good. Usually the cheese bread is amazing at a Brazilian steak house.. They also brought us some croquettes and none of us liked them at all. I gave a 3 because the two food items we tried we didn’t like. I would like to go back to actually try that salad bar and all the meats but I base my review on what I experience.

For our anniversary we went to Adega Gaucha. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-notch—attentive, warm, and genuinely celebratory. Our server, Jefferson, was outstanding and truly elevated the entire experience. He was attentive without being intrusive, incredibly kind, and made us feel genuinely taken care of. They even surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the night feel extra special.
The food was phenomenal. There was an impressive variety of meats, all perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The grilled pineapple deserves its own applause—sweet, caramelized, and downright addictive. The salad bar was equally impressive, with a wide selection of fresh and well-prepared options that went far beyond the usual.
Between the incredible food, exceptional service from Jefferson, and the special anniversary touches, this was an unforgettable dining experience. We’ll definitely be back for future celebrations—and probably some “just because” visits too.

Holy cow! And chicken, and lamb, and pork, and sides!
Me and my 11mo old son Peter went Dutch at the Brazilian steakhouse tonight. It might not be fair that he was free considering the variety of foods he got to try. I didn’t find one thing he wouldn’t have seconds of. His favorite might have been the rice, or caramelized banana, or soft sweet potato’s, or chicken, or maybe the tender steak. Could have been the French fries. I can tell you I enjoyed everything and the staff was super friendly to Peter and made us feel that we should be there. I was hesitant to go to a nice restaurant with Peter but you also have to teach them young. My favorites were the lamb chops, ribeye and chicken drumsticks. I don’t have pics of the food because I enjoyed the meal with my son, who was dancing and singing to the music that was also tastefully done.
Don’t get me wrong, children are probably not their target audience but if they ever opened a Adega Gaucha Jr, they’d be ahead of the game !

Adega Gaucha is one of the best Brazilian steakhouses I have been to in Florida. Their selection of meats is phenomenal, the salad bar is well assorted, and their feijoada is honestly some of the best I’ve had, completely loaded with different cuts of meat. They also have delicious grilled cheese and pineapple at the end of your meal to help you digest all the meat you just consumed. Their attention to detail and hospitality is top notch. Rafael was incredibly kind, constantly coming to our table to ensure our favorite cuts of meat made it to us and were at our preferred temperature. The caramel flan is smooth and perfectly sweet, not too much. The perfect end to an incredible meal.

My wife and I decided to try Adega for the first time. We come to our place every February. We love Brazilian Steak houses and have been to many, but none better than Adegas!! It is a must stop when you’re in the area. The food was amazing, and the service was above and beyond. A memorable experience. We are looking forward our next visit. When go there meet the owners, they are lovely. If you do you will know why Adegas is such a gem!!!!

Our server was Lucas R. he was extremely kind and helpful. He answered all of our questions and provided prompt service. The restaurant staff were all very welcoming. Our first visit to this restaurant but have been to the one in Orlando a couple of years ago. This building was once an Outback restaurant. Part of an area of shops so a large parking lot outside.
The restaurant has a simple but elegant decor with plenty of tables around a large salad bar area. We went for the meat and salad selection though there are individual dishes you can order too. We were allowed 3 side dishes for the tables so chose fries, Brussel sprouts and mushrooms.
The salad bar was excellent and there was a large variety of prepared salads, individual salad items, meats and cheeses. As ever I put too much salad on my plate! The meats were first class. Great selection of mainly beef cuts with lamb, chicken and sausages too. Everything else as cooked perfectly and well seasoned.
All the staff were excellent and the meat servers were helpful selecting what other meats we wanted.
The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the temperature in the restaurant. On Floridas coldest night for many years they still had the AC on. For someone who never feels the cold it was crazy – had to go to my car for a jacket!
Overall the food and service were excellent.
