The service was truly impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel completely welcome from the moment we walked in. What made the evening even more special was that they celebrated our wedding with us, which meant so much. Their kindness and attention to detail turned an amazing meal into an unforgettable experience.
The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxed. It is the perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy an outstanding meal.
I highly recommend Adega Brazilian Steakhouse to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. We will absolutely be back! Possibly even for our wedding anniversaries in the future!
The staff was beyond personable and the food was outstanding. I made a request for remoulade sauce, which they did not have in the restaurant, but Felipe took it upon himself to walk to the Publix next door and delivered it to my table. WHAAAT? I was so delightfully surprised. That was the type of kindness we shared all night along with our server Rodrigo and host Evandro. Utterly exceptional. Walk-ins or Book an event here, you won’t be disappointed.
The space is modern and upscale, with a private dining room featuring a dramatic LED fire wall. The bar is impressive — champagne, whiskey, tequila — and the caipirinhas were excellent.
The Gourmet Table goes far beyond the typical salad bar, with colorful salads, cheeses, roasted vegetables, and hot sides, all beautifully presented.
While many in our group chose rodizio, I ordered the 10-oz filet mignon. It came out more like a small roast than a steak — thick, juicy, medium-rare with a perfect sear. The sides (mushrooms, mashed potatoes, brussels sprouts with bacon) were spot on.
Service was attentive and professional. They advise that à la carte entrées can take up to 40 minutes compared to the faster rodizio service, but the Gourmet Table keeps you happily occupied.
Adega Gaucha is a polished, high-end alternative to the more casual churrascarias nearby — an excellent choice for celebrations or anyone looking to elevate the experience.
We went the classic route: I opted for the full all-you-can-eat experience. My wife, on the other hand, went for the fish of the day with some mashed potatoes on the side, spoiler alert, that choice was a bit of a miss.
Let’s dive into the meats. They were, let’s say, a spectrum. Some cuts were on point, like the flank steak, the beef filet, and the star of the show, the picanha, which lived up to its ‘house specialty’ status. The ribs were also good. Others… well, a bit chewy here, a bit overcooked there. It’s a mixed grill of hits and misses, but those three cuts are the winners I’d go back for.
As for the sides, the roasted mushrooms were pretty average. The Brussels sprouts, though, were a pleasant surprise with that charred, sweet-savory marinade. And those Provence fries? Well, they were basically just fries with a sprinkle of dried parsley, nothing particularly ‘herby’ or Provençal going on there.
Now, dessert was redeeming. Both the cheesecake and whatever cake my wife picked were absolute winners. Sweet, satisfying, and the perfect end note.
The real standout, though, was the service. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and the manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Even though we learned what to skip next time, the warmth of the staff definitely made the evening a pleasant one. So, overall, a decent experience with some highlights and a few ‘notes to self’ for the next visit.
We got the executive brunch and the fish of the day. It was excellent. The salad bar has many options also for vegans and vegetarians. Rice beans collard greens on the hot menu was really good and of course a huge selection at the fresh salad bar. The caipirinha’s go really well with a brunch like this, and..if you go on the day of your birthday your churascaria dinner is on the house. Isabella was our waitress she was awesome. Very sweet and accommodating
So next time you are in Deerfield beach go for a caipirinha
