We had an amazing meal. Thank you again for the great company and amazing food. We were impressed with the fast service and high quality food. The manager and server were so helpful. They helped us find markets in the area that we enjoyed very much. Keep up the great work. We will recommend and be back next time we are in Cleveland! The Coopers.

Excellent breakfast spot inside the amazing (and sadly underused) Arcade along Prospect Street. I have stopped here now on two occasions for a delicious, low-cost breakfast. Had bacon, eggs, and toast both times – the staff here obviously knows what they are doing. Very good service – nice people. My only regret is that they don’t have iced coffee beverages, or perhaps an espresso option. Both are easily found elsewhere, and a short walk away. I hope to be back again soon.

Great food. Friendly staff. I’ve been here twice this past month. Last time, my friend from Texas couldn’t believe what you get for $10. We dropped in before a ballgame. Today, we had a group of 10, and the service was fantastic. Quick and all orders were spot on. The 10 year old in our group asked if we could come again tomorrow!!!!

Small diner, big service. Was seated right away. Order was placed and received quickly. Tasty omelet with hash browns, toast and coffee… under $15. Highly recommend

This is a decent little breakfast spot in downtown Cleveland. It’s a bit of a hot mess with seating. I got there at 9:30 and didn’t eat until 10:45. And I was party of 1. The breakfast was pretty standard. Nothing to write home about and nothing bad about it. I will say the bacon was as cheap as you can probably buy it. It tastes fine but it was paper thin, nothing special, diner bacon. I’d go back but I’d get there earlier next time. Also the bar area is not first come first serve.

We had hopes of a solid breakfast given the reviews. They seemed like they had enough staff (hostess, 2 waitresses, 2 busperson)… But we waited 10 minutes to order. No one brought coffee while we waited. Non-dairy creamer, food so-so. Waitress argued about what I had ordered (no big deal to make a mistake, just apologize. She did offer to make it right.) Hash browns were good. Maybe it was just a bad day?

It was billed as “the best breakfast in Cleveland” so of course we had to go there since we are only in town for 2 days. I mean, it was good, and my eggs over east were absolutely fine and the breakfast burrito was equally fine. Ok so the toast could have used a bit more butter, and the bacon was pretty thin, but no big deal. The wait to get in, was long (25 min) as this place is very small (7 tables inside, another 5-6 outside in the atrium, and space for 1/2 dozen people at the counter. Servers were polite, but not overly friendly. We sat at the counter and the best part was watching the main cook work non-stop like a machine. Also, prices were very good. So, it’s a fine place to go, and you should, it’s just not 5 stars for me.

Most disappointing dining experience I’ve had since moving to Cleveland. They forgot to put our name on the list of waiting. That was fine. They were busy. Then, my entire order was wrong. My food came out with bacon. I asked for a new plate because I’ve been a vegetarian for 8 years and the grease could make me really sick. They took the bacon off and walked away. My toast wasn’t what I ordered either. My husband found a black hair or eyelash under his food. I wanted to love this place but it was awful 🙁
