I loved my experience here so far. The food was good, and I actually like the self service style of the cafe. It was quiet and cozy which is just what I liked. I was able to play some slots and look around while I waited for my food. Would definitely stop again!

*edit* I am currently suffering in my truck in the parking lot with diarrhea and vomiting I think I have food poisoning. This is the only food Ive eaten. I wouldn’t eat the steak if I were you.

I talked to the cashier about what was going on. She was very helpful and very nice. She said she will check the kitchen but food poisoning usually doesn’t show up until 24 hours later.

Love this gas station! Homemade food to grab and go, lots of fun shoppy items, tshirts, sweatshirts, magnets, stickers. Cake, home made sandwiches, made to order breakfast and lunch. Clean, nice folks, homemade jars id jam, jelly, cheese, beer, local store stuff. I had the scallop potatoes, they were awesome. Ditto the cheeseburgers. They had warm meatloaf sandwiches and pizza burgers, too. Stop here off the highway every time!!

Strongly advise against their take out hot food. Very overpriced, of course as a truck driver I’m used to truck stops price gouging drivers for food, but this was a smaller local stop where I expected better. Got a tinfoil wrapped burger that turned out to be that mystery meat, fries which turned out to be cold, a small Braut and drink. $17. I might have been better off with their little cafe but didn’t have the time. The food wasn’t satisfying and I was even still hungry. At least the dirt lot was free.. for now.

Most underrated truckstop/gas station in the entire state? I’m thinking yes. Awesome food, cheapest diesel anywhere, and overall super friendly vibe. Only negative is you’ll always have to ask for where the restrooms are your first time, lol. Small price to pay for this gem. Highly recommended!

Hard to find if coming from the south. There isn’t a sign telling you where to turn. Gas was a good price though.

This place has free overnight parking for semi trucks and cars. If you have a semi, I’d recommend parking here by 2 to 4 PM at the latest. I estimate the lot can fit at least 10-15 semi trucks in total, and that’s if there’s no cars parking in between as it’s a shared space. Fair is fair. Just don’t block anyone’s way to enter or exit.

Addison Station gave us a wonderful donation as a raffle item for a Golf Outing Fundraiser we had. The raffle was an awesome Mike’s Hard Lemonade sign, gift certification & 6 pack of good beer! They have donated to our non profit in the past a few times and I just wanted to give a big thank you to Addison Station and their willingness to support local causes! You guys ROCK!

Employee was extremely very rude and unhelpful, because she was talking to a friend/customer. I had to but in between their conversation just to pay for my gas. Then the employee started lecturing me about it being christmas and I had to have compassion for her friend because she needs surgery. Customer service extends to all customers not just her friends.

Educate the staff member who was working last night how to talk to a customer. Yes carding people is your job. I had my ID on me, and my friend had accidently left his. I didn’t get upset or put up a fight, yet the clerk sneered at me over the counter and had a smug little smile on her face as she told me that because I am a bartender I should have known anyone with me would be carded too. Like she thought I was trying to get away with something. I have worked as a clerk at a gas station before and was aware of that policy. It was an honest mistake. I have been going to this gas station for years and have never been treated so poorly by a staff member. There is a way to speak to a customer and that wasn’t it. Serious attitude adjustment is needed or maybe a job in a different industry where how you treat people doesn’t matter.

Food was good at the cafe! However if you choose to use the restroom be prepared to be lectured via posters ( 3 of them ) about how your expected to make a purchase for using their restroom. We purchased something however reading that almost makes a person want to leave didn’t come off as very friendly.
