This is the best Ethiopian food I’ve ever had in Texas hands down. Y’all are amazing and thank you for such a wonderful service and meal. It was wonderful and I loved the classical music and real relaxed atmosphere

I traveled 50 minutes to try the food with my daughter. We’ve heard amazing comments about this place and food. The service was decent but for $40 the food was not what everyone made it out to be. The beef tibs was unbelievably gummy, was unable to swallow it. The injera was cold and the veggie dish was also cold. I wish the experience was better. But unfortunately we will not be coming back here again.

This was my first time eating here and I wasn’t disappointed. We got the veggie plate and it came with the floppy bread (can’t remember what it’s called). I was confused that no silverware came with that particular dish – you use the bread to eat the food so that was fun. Everything was delicious and I recommend this place (and the veggie plate!)

Was our first Ethiopian dinner and wasn’t sure what to expect. We have since been to another Ethiopian restaurant and so have one other experience to compare. This was my fav of the two places.

It’s one of those places that you get your money’s worth. Generous portions, very tasty and the food is served in a flash! The vegetarian platter is a good place to start so that you can sample the different offerings.

Came in about half an hour before closing time and was still served a fresh platter of lovingly prepared Ethiopian food. It wasn’t as spicy as I expected but I think they tailored it to my assumed Western palate. Next time I go in I will ask them to make it spicy. Serving was so generous that it was impossible to finish, even sharing it with a friend. Definitely worth checking out if you are interested in trying new things from around the world.

I have never had Ethiopian food before. I was ready to try something new, this did not disappoint. They were very nice and helpful. The lamb and the chickpea were very good. Give it a try! 2 adult and 1 teenager and we had plenty of food for around $40.

I’ve been looking for a go to Ethiopian restaurant in Dallas, and I think I found my spot! This place feels like a sports bar and is not a fancy place but the staff was very friendly. We got the doro tibs (chicken tibs) and it was pretty good which comes with cabbage. The flavor of the chicken and injira bread was great. The chicken could have been a little more tender. One meal has enough for two people. Their vegetarian options looked great too. Will be back here!
