My son and I called ahead so we could have the Goliath burger. The name did not disappoint. In addition to friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, the burger was amazing! The bun was delicious, the sauces that came on the burger were great, and the fries had a nice crisp and seasoning. Plus all the variety of BBQ sauces they make that you can put on everything… It was great! You could easily feed 6 people with this bohemoth of a meal and not disappoint! To give some perspective on the burger–it was served on a pizza tray.

I had a great experience at Adam’s BBQ. The veggie burger was fresh and tasty, and the service was outstanding. The girl working there was very kind and patient, and she made me feel comfortable even with my limited English. The atmosphere was nice, and the place has a great view of State Street. There’s good and bad things to say. Good: I love the Mac and cheese it’s simple but yummy, love the hush puppies, the cornbread is good but a little dry (recommend honey/butter), brisket is good but I’ve had better maybe if it was sliced or chopped instead of shredded? I love the mild and Kentucky bourbon BBQ sauce yum, Now for the Bad: pricey for the quality, if it was up to par I’d say the prices were good, I was very disappointed with the pulled pork 3/10, we got the pork ribs the flavor was good but they were super dry and not very meaty I expect smoked ribs to practically fall off the bone and these weren’t even close to that I had to rip and tear to get the little meat off. I think that’s all for now so overall pretty disappointing may come back for Mac and cheese and hush puppies but I’d rather go to Cindy lous bbq for meats yum.

Overall a great lunch. Solid atmosphere and service. Lots of variety. Perhaps the best variety and quality of BBQ sauces I have ever seen. Solid sides. Decent bbq. Meat could use a little more dry rub/seasoning for my preference.

What a blessing of a find! Food is delicious and some of the best BBQ I’ve had in Oregon. The Cuban sandwich was full of mouth-watering meat and the Poquito Beans were amazing! Definitely will back next time we are in Salem. Also, loved the background music playing ❤️

Stopped in while visiting the Capitol to advocate for people who experience IDD. We had a wonderful experience here. The young man behind the counter made sure to mention that kids eat free on Tuesdays. We were going to split something but we’re able to both have a burger. SUPER nice! A great spot and nice Christian establishment

Super dry meat. Pulled pork is inedible. Super disappointed because I was hoping for a new go-to BBQ joint. When I told the staff about it, the guy asked if I wanted a refund. It would have been nice to be offered something else to eat.

My husband and I went in with our 3 month old for Valentine’s Day dinner and was ready to spend a gracious amount of money, we ordered food and went to order a beer and immediately the lady at the front wouldn’t serve a beer and when we asked why she said “idk”. My husband is a military veteran and we were asking about recommendations for food which she also couldn’t recommend us. We asked to speak to the manager and neither of them would look us in the eyes, while the lady originally who declined us a beer began to play with knifes at the counter. I wouldn’t recommend this place any longer due to the awkward nature of their employees and unfriendly.
