I LOVE ADAIR’S DOWNTOWN LOCATION!!! BEST Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch, & Happy Hour after work!! Arlyne, Vanessa, Chris, and the other amazing waitstaff are truly amazing and treat you like family! They are very quick and have amazing food Cooked to perfection! Myself & my co-workers go to Adairs Downtown at least once a week and LOVE IT!! If you haven’t been.. Definitely go next week and if you have been.. it’s time to go back! They NEVER EVER Disappoint. Nice restaurant in the tunnels of Houston Downton. Can also be accessed from the street level. Bright and airy place with nice ambiance. Good reasonably priced meals and good service at lunch time. Looked like there was a take out area too.

Dining in was MUCH tastier than the takeout I’d had the day before for a catered corporate lunch. The beef dip was very tasty, good bun and au jus. The yam fries were also crispy yet substantial. The salads are good value with lots of things in them. Service was quite slow but it’s slammed at lunch hour.
