There were two of us dining tonight. My friend ordered a meal that she has ordered there 10 times before. When the chicken came out it was dry and hard. When she sent it back a young girl came out and told her that that is how the chicken is always prepared. There was no offer to fix the meal until we questioned further and then she asked if she wanted it remade, but it was going to come out the same way because that’s just how it served.
I ordered cheese ravioli. I understand pasta is to be served al dente, but these were chewy and almost raw. They were tough to cut. I wasn’t going to bother to send them back.
We saw that the owner was there and asked to speak with him. Before coming to our table, he first spoke to the girl who first came out and they had a good laugh of some kind . Then he came over to the table and was smirking and laughing the entire time we were there with him . It was a super bad experience. She loves their desserts and may go back just to get a dessert to go (which probably comes out of a box anyway) . I will never go back. No wonder they were almost empty on a Friday night.
The bright spot of our experience was a very, very sweet waitress. She was a young girl and she took really good care of us. I would advise her to take her talents elsewhere. They dont deserve her.

The food was amazing and the service impeccable!! Micahyla (not sure of her spelling) was absolutely phenomenal! Happy, friendly, knowledgeable, beautiful young lady! You should also check her infomercial video!! Super cute

Let me start out by saying our waiter was good. However all the tables were dirty. They had to clean a table as we stood at the booth waiting. Not a huge problem. There were girls in the back talking, while a customer was standing waiting to buy a gift certificate. We even tried to get someone’s attention to help her. Meanwhile another couple walked in. A girl finally came to the front. My friend said this woman was here first. The waitres just looked at the other couple and said would you like to be seated. As she lead the couple to a table instead of taking just a few minutes to do what is wright. The poor lady that waited so long just walked out.
Also all the waiters and waitress sat down at the dirty booth just be hind us to discuss who would be off and when and what their schedule was going to look like

My wife, myself, and my children have been to this place more than once. The lunch menu is a better value than the dinner menu, just like in most places. The service was good, but not special, the food was good, but I also wouldn’t say it was special. Some members of my family are vegetarian and the only option they really had was eggplant parmigiana , which the vegetarians had to get each time they came. We wish they had a few more vegetarian options besides salad, but other than that, the place is usually good but not special. Given the limited options of decent places to eat in Mayfield, Kentucky, this place is definitely above average.

We enjoyed our dinners here. I had a pasta dish with sundried tomatoes, and my husband had the cedar smoked porkchops with a side of spaghetti. Our food was delicious. The potato soup was great. We also enjoyed the bread and oil appetizer.

I ordered the filet tips medium. Half were medium and half were well done. After dropping off the plate the waitress left and didn’t come back for 10+ minutes to ask if everything was okay at which point I had eaten a tip or 2 and half my rice. I asked for a discount. The owner’s solution was to take the plate and remake it, but why would I want to wait another 10 minutes to eat? Then the owner told me I was no longer welcome at the restaurant as if I would ever return.

My fiance and I love Italian food we just moved to this area and so we thought we would try it. It was the closest restaurant to us and we love our Italian food. When we got our plate it literally tasted like warm water down pasta with maybe a spoon full of sauce. We got chicken alfredo and spaghetti my fiance’s chicken alfredo literally just tasted like water noodles. My spaghetti had no sauce on it barely it was very plain I cook better than that at home. For the price that I paid I was very very upset and disappointed because that is not Italian food. And it’s supposed to be authentic Italian food absolutely not. It tasted like a 12-year-old learning how to cook for the first time. I’m not trying to be mean but if you pay something at a restaurant you expect it to at least have a little love put into it and it tasted like they just slopped it together to hurry up and get this served I’m very disappointed. IF you were the manager last night on 11/ 20/2025 at 6pm shame on you you need to observe everything as far as what’s being served out and if the customers are being taken care of properly you should never let them share food like that

This was our first time here, and I must say we were impressed. First the atmosphere was relaxed, & comfortable with Italian music softly playing in the background. The food was brilliant, so flavorful. Our server was very attentive.
I definitely will be going back many more times. If you haven’t gone, go, it is well worth it.

Second time here. Celebrate my sons 6th birthday. We were seated. No one came to our table so after 20 minutes I went to the waitress and asked if anyone was going to take our order. 10 minutes after that, someone finally came. She just was not a good server at all. Food was wrong, blamed everyone else but herself. Charged me for a loaded baked potato that was wrong both times. I was not happy. We finally just boxed our food, paid and left. Everyone around was happy with their service. It’s a great place to eat but they shouldn’t allow this particular server to be employed!!!!
