Food is good but service is poor. I tried calling in an order around closing time and the guy who works at the cashier (perhaps, boss) was in the middle of taking my order then out of nowhere he hangs up the phone (probably because it was late but if you didn’t want me to order why ask what I want). I had someone else call them right after this and he was told that I tried to order but instead hung up. About a month later (earlier, 2026) I stopped in the store and told him who I was and what he had done over the phone with me and proceeded to jokingly ask for an apology through free food but he said no and I said ok and walked out of store. No fuss, just a blank stare, grumpy old man and rude attitude. Won’t be going back unless they find a new cashier. Other than that the food is great and I recommend this buffalo’s over the Mondawmin location in terms of food. But that man needs better communication skills.

I’m extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to Buffalo A&D. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak, but what I got was unacceptable (see attached photo).
When I asked for a refund or a recooked order, the employee became rude and initially refused. It wasn’t until I showed my food to other customers at the register, and one customer left in disgust, that the employee reluctantly refunded my money.
Unfortunately, this experience has led my husband and me to decide that we will no longer be patronizing Buffalo A&D, a place that was once our favorite spot for subs and wings.

Undoubtably the best wings in Baltimore. I’ve been eating the wings from here for years and have compared them to several spots throughout Baltimore, and A&D Buffalo top them all. I can’t speak for everyone else experience, but mines have always been pleasant.

Very rude!! On 8/22 I placed an order over the phone for 5 honey lemon pepper wings and fries. I paid and picked up the order and noticed the fries were a very light color. I tasted one and they were not done at all. I asked the cook who was also on the register if I can get new fries and the man said why and I explained the fries are not done. He grabbed the container and dumped the fries while proceeding to make new ones. He left the container with the wings open and flies were flying around. I asked if he could close the container because of the flies and he said no. I said excuse me and he stormed towards the register and said you want your money back and I said actually I do. He started cursing and carrying on. I took my money and left

I recently ordered regular old bay wings and instead I received honey old bay I’m allergic to honey so when I noticed it was honey on them I instantly called them telling them it’s honey on my wings and I’m allergic can I just get my wings redone I didn’t eat them I just want new wings the person who takes the orders stated if you received honey old bay that’s what you asked for I stated no I did not he then stated you can come get wings but you will be paying I then asked why would I have to buy more when I know for a fact I didn’t order honey old bay I’m allergic , the person over the phone began yelling in a different language and hung up the phone .This was the worst experience I’ve encountered with them now normally I check my food before I leave but this 1 time I didn’t check and this happens

YALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL THE DAMN SERVING SIZE WAS SO BIGGG. They definitely are not stingy with food down there. Also, the workers was very nice & the food tasted so good. How does this lil place not have 5 stars? Food is delicious. Restaurant is clean and staff is courteous and professional. Prices are reasonable considering the food portion size. perfect 10/10
Highly recommend this place. Jerk and Honey garlic wings are delicious.The chicken Gyro and Fish sandwich were pretty good too.
