We get takeout from here regularly. The prices are reasonable and the staff is always nice.

Big Breakfast Menu! Fair prices, friendly service, huge portions of tasty food. Give it a try. We loved our experience and will be back maybe for lunch, too! Locals are here in numbers, so you know it is good .

Service was kind of iffy – our waitress was nice and very attentive but the hostess that seated us seemed to be annoyed with us being there. The Greek salad is great, and the avgolemono was very lemony (just how I like it). The Acropol platter definitely gives you a BUNCH of food, enough to share, but I’d say the flavor is just okay. Not the best, but for the price point, it’s a great way to taste a lot of different Greek entrees without having each as a full entree on their own.

It’s a large, darkly lit, restaurant. I’ve been here twice and have the same feeling.

I drive by here often and decided to go in for breakfast. It was ok kind of bland. Wish the potatoes were seasoned . Service was great though and lots of options to choose from . I’m going to give lunch a try.

We decided to try this on advice of a friend. We were seated within 5 minutes of arriving. I ordered sweet tea and veal parmesan with the side option of chicken lemon soup. The soup tasted like the chicken lemon soup I’ve had from Campbell Soup which I have had better in a Greek restaurant here in the area. The veal parmesan was one very small piece of veal with such a little slice of mozzarella cheese on top that you could barely tell it was there. The majority of the meal is the spaghetti that comes with the veal cutlet. The sauce on the spaghetti definitely tasted like Ragu Garden Style which even had the same small pieces of vegetable just like the Ragu does. The prices on the menu for this being a special is not what I was charged and for my wife to have the veal cutlet with mashed potatoes and the chicken lemon soup, my having the veiled parmesan with the soup and a to-go of chicken parmesan with the soup plus the Ice T’s came to almost $50. Their price for the Iced Teas was $4.95 which is $2 above the average for every restaurant in the area I’ve eaten at which is a lot. I guess they’re charging that to make up for what they’re claiming the prices of the special. But with tip for me paying what I did on this meal I could have easily gone to some of the other restaurants in the near area and had twice the food with better quality. I suppose that’s why it seems most of the clientele seem to be over 60s. If you’re up for food that tastes like something you could get them pre-made in the grocery store this works but for the price I don’t see that it is worth it. I added a photo of how they poorly packaged my son’s to go order. It was leaking into the bag because it was in a container that put all the contents to one side. They tried to keep it closed with saran wrap which didn’t hold together.

My parents have been coming here for years, this was my first visit in 10 years. The place has undergone remodeling and looks fantastic. We were seated quickly and our waitress was attentive. Food came quickly. Staff was friendly to my 10 year old nephew. Food was not so good. My mother who is very frugal and would take home any leftovers skipped taking home the half of generous portion of meatloaf. Both my mother and sister returned the soup because they didn’t like it. We are a family of easy to please people. I was happy with my BLT club, it had generous amounts of bacon. Fries were dry. I’m thinking this was just a bad night. It’s a popular restaurant that has been around for many years. Hoping and expecting my next visit will be better. Mom paid so I can’t comment on prices.

Family Restaurant explains this place well. Extensive menu and good food at a great price with terrific service. The salads are nicely assembled and large. The dinner selections all seem freshly prepared and plentiful in portion. I personally was not a fan of the sauce on the stuffed grape leaves as it was a tad heavy, salty, and not well balanced. But I could also see how someone may like the sauce that was more of a lemon gravey versus a light flavor enhancer. The fried fish was great as it was the perfect texture and firmness while being flavorful. And the gyro platter was fresh with a good size portion of meat. As a baseline, if this were a greasy spoon diner in the northeast, it would be a solid 3 star experience as it’s hyper competitive up there. But if this was to be compared to a chain diner or chain family restaurant, this is a five star experience. Overall. Come hungry. Enjoy a good dinner at a good price. Leave satisfied.
