Layed back watering hole where the indigenous population likes to wet their whistle. Out of towners are welcome but be respectful. Careful entering and exiting the parking lot. Unfortunately the entrance is at the top of a hill on a blind corner looking both ways. Turn signal on early when entering. Be patient when exiting. Hope you enjoy.

They recently reopened after a devastating fire claimed the original acre lake general store. These are really awesome ppl and they jump right in to helping their neighbors and their community no matter what the circumstances. Great place to make new friends and just relax and enjoy old friends as well. But dont take my word for it, stop in for a good home-cooked meal and some warm hospitality , you’ll be glad you did!!!

The tavern is the literal definition of a dive bar in the absolute best way possible. Friendly staff, you’re only a stranger in the first 2 minutes of walking into the building. Everyone there is definitely there for a good time, so be open minded and willing to have a good time and i can guarantee you won’t be disappointed !!

This place is the best dive bar I’ve ever been to! Great food, great atmosphere, and cold beer! Owners are locals who care about the community, if you’re willing to look past the outside(from the fire) I absolutely recommend!

just because it’s the only spot in town doesn’t mean you’re settling! get ready for a good time! a friendly reminder that local bars have charm and charisma you just can’t find anywhere else. they got a pool table for groups and a gambling machine for the solo visitor. and an electronic jukebox too! chairs and tables inside, and a fireplace warming the place in winter, make a cozy, intimate gathering place for all members of the local community. the great food is made upstairs and handed down to the bartender through a hole in the floor. wing nights can’t be missed. tables and chairs and smoking being a social activity makes hanging outside fun and relaxing. excited to see they do carry the much anticipated arizona hard iced tea in all three flavors! highly addictive i must say.

This hole-in-the-wall was on our route, so we decided to give it a try. It’s definitely different and not for the prim & proper. The bartender was very friendly and we enjoyed conversation with the locals. The drinks were good. We did not eat there. It’s a little messy outside, bags of garbage laying around. The food was passed through a hole in the ceiling/upper floor. Quite different but would go again, if we had an opportunity.

Pretty cool place. Friendly staff and customers as well. Food’s always good, but be aware the hot flavored wings are way spicier than your average hot wing sauce

Their wings are amazing! The walk in freezer to buy your own can or bottles beside the drafts and cocktails they also have is pretty awesome too
