I have been going to Acqua e Farina since their opening and they have never disappointed! Luca (Owner) is a phenomenal chef and his wife and family are simply amazing people. They will make you feel right at home if you choose to dine in. This is the place to go for real authentic pizza. Light and crisp dough and always topped to the right ratio of sauce/toppings for your desired pie. This IS NOT a typical greasy cheesy mess of a “football style pizza”. If you think these pizzas look appetizing just wait till you try one yourself! Words simply don’t do justice but don’t take my word for it. Give them a shot, you’ll never want to go anywhere else for pizza again!

Had an incredible experience at this pizza place! A taste of New York in every slice, the pizzas are well-cooked, full of flavor, and come in a perfect 12″ size. The dough has a unique and delightful flavor profile that will have you craving for more. But the real showstopper here is the crust – amazingly well-crafted, crispy, and delicious. What a great brick oven pizzeria! I had heard that this was a special place and it really did live up to all the hype!
The staff is friendly, professional and polite. You actually feel like you are part of the family when you walk in. The owner Fotina couldn’t be nicer!
As for the pizza! There were plenty if interesting choices. However, my wife and I went with the traditional Margherita Pizza with Basil. It didn’t disappoint. It was a piece of artwork and equally delicious! The dough, cheese and sauce were perfectly balanced and each bite was full of amazing flavor. I honestly can’t wait to go back!
This is definitely worth checking out!

Beggining to end, a never ending pleasurable experience. Real artisan flavors and ingredients, out of the norm ingredient mash-ups like the “Blueberry pizza” , have not eaten this good pizza since 2015 at Rome. Just stop reading and try it!

Great little find. The owner has a passion for making great personal “pizza”. Pizza is in quotes because it was more than pizza. Their dough recipe is better than your usual pizza dough. The owner knows how to meld flavors together, instead of just throwing on bacon and bbq sauce, which is what some places do.
The owner recommended the Blueberry pie, which we were leery of, so we ordered a Contadina pie also, just case we didn’t like the Blueberry pie… Totally unnecessary because we loved the Blueberry pie.
We’ll be back to try the Chef’s other creations!
