Last minute plan as we were staying in the area and it ended up being a wonderful experience.
The food was incredible, very unique and fresh. Our favorite part was that we got the samplers and were able to try a little bit of everything .
The actual restaurant itself is so nicely decorated.
The service was incredible. We had a lovely conversation before leaving which made the whole experience even better.
We can’t wait come back again! Well worth it!

A new favorite restaurant in W. Stockbridge not far from I-90!! Steak, pasta, salads, chicken. Desserts(!) Interesting but not weird menu. Several sampling options for each course. Our table had salads, pastas, steaks and desserts. The presentation for a weekday lunch was impressive but the food deserved it. The salads were all fresh, cool, nicely blended and flavorful. The filets were perfectly prepared and enhanced, one by the au poive and the other by the blueberry sauce. The pastas must have been really good because no one shared and everyone finished generous portions. And don’t skip the desserts. They were really good!

I’d just like to start by thanking the owner for being so welcoming!! From sitting down and explaining the history of the restaurant, to explaining the history of the food he was absolutely amazing! I’ve been to Italy 100 times and I visit Acqua every time. The food is 100% the same! This restaurant is Italy, the atmosphere, the wine, the food! By far the best Italian food in Berkshire county! An incredible taste of Florence in MA. We had the best time here with our family and friends, including some young picky eaters. Everyone loved the pasta and steaks, and tiramisu is to die for. Our favorites were the pasta sampler and steak sampler. The sampler was like a tasting menu of fresh pasta dishes that your Italian grandma might make, if you had an Italian grandma. Thank you Valentino for bringing your amazing Florentine restaurant and hospitality here to the Berkshires!

I can say with 100% confidence that the pasta with mascarpone and mushrooms is the best pasta dish I’ve ever had. paired with the balsamic steak.. amazing. Service is excellent. Drinks are excellent. Ambience is great. This place is worth the price. Owner/staff are super welcoming and accommodating. We will be back!

The five pasta sampler was okay. The sauces were very buttery. I’ve eaten at the Florence restaurant and enjoyed that experience but I’m not sure it translates well to the Berkshires.

Best meal outside of Europe! Wow. Incredible pastas, a perfect port wine chicken and crazy good flourless chocolate cake! Valentino gave us the restaurant story and top- notch service. Oh, and the perfect fermenting!

My husband and I are visiting from Providence, RI. We are used to good italian food!! I must say this was the most amazing meal I have ever had. The owner came by and spoke with us. Very personable. Our waitress was awesome too. We had the 5 shared pastas and the steak. It was scrumptious!!!

Lay evening’s dining was exquisite. The flavor of my pasta sauce, spinach, was fabulous and the pasta was prepared perfectly. I also enjoyed my melon salad as it was unique. And I particularly enjoyed my Pinot Grigio. I heartily recommend this Restaurant on your Berkshire stay.
