Horrendous all around. The owner should be ashamed of herself for many reasons. She was rude and she allowed her employees to disrespect customers. Our pizza and app were severely undercooked and they blamed us… for standing there waiting for our food? Guess they felt rushed? Not sure about their thought process! There are multiple reviews about this same experience. Not sure how they’re still open and operating. Food is ok but doesn’t make up for lack of professionalism. We’re long time residents of the area and tell everyone we know to heavily avoid Acios even if you’re starving on the side of the road. TERRIBLE.

Their vibe towards customers is not that great, and they can sometimes be unfriendly but they keep it strictly business. They know how to make a delicious pizza, but on top of that, the rest of the menu is just as good. The consistency is great, portions, prices, it’s always been our Go-To spot on a Friday night. Highly recommended if you just want some great fresh food.

NOTE: our family has spent thousands of dollars at this place and we always leave at least a 25% tip on a take out order……Food is good but the service and attitude are terrible. The owner is extremely rude and passive aggressive. She took our order (via phone not online) and said 25 minutes. Per usual I waited about 30 min to leave my house because it’s always 20 minutes more than they tell you. Get there and the owner tells me they don’t have the ingredients for two of the three orders. I asked why I wasn’t called and was told “you need to chill.” Her attitude was that this was my fault not theirs. Wasn’t looking for a free meal, just a sorry. Never got that. Was offered something totally different and was expected to just take what she decided we would have for dinner. Best part is that the order that was available wasn’t even cooked yet. Again, good food but a terrible owner. I will unfortunately be bringing my business elsewhere and you should too.

Easily one of my top 3 favorite places right now. I have only ordered from here one other time but tonight everything was amazing. Crispy fresh waffle fries, my son loved the cordon Bleu sub, sausage ricotta pizza with the caramelized onions yum and buffalo chicken pizza definitely one of the best that I’ve had.

We got one of their specials, 2 large cheese pizzas for $13.95 The pizza was hot, and smelled delicious. When I but into it, you could taste everything from the wonderfully stringy mozzarella, right down to the taste of the basil in the sauce. So if the flavors were definitely there. Next time we go, (and there will be a next time) I’ll ask for it to be cooked a little longer. It was cooked, I simply like it a little browner.

I personally think this place is great. I’ve never had a bad experience. I will say the pizza isn’t really my favorite, but everything else I’ve ever had is delicious. The staff are always friendly with me and they even do custom food to accommodate my grandmother’s very strict diet. I think they’re great, and the prices are great as well. And personally, I think the “cluckers” are my favorite.
