I recently dined at your sushi restaurant and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The service was incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The best sushi I have ever had! I love to try new sushi places wherever I am or live and this is one of my favorites for sure 🙂 The staff are very nice and friendly. The food is fresh and always delicious! I tried the spider roll today and it was amazing! I also had the shrimp tempura, kanpachi, black snapper, an eel hand roll and green tea tempura fried ice cream! All of it was amazing and the presentation was just as great as the food and flavors! If I could give Achita Sushi ten stars I would!! ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was very good. Felt very comfortable and service was good.
I got a teriyaki chicken bento box and it was lovely except for the VERY peppery chicken.
They slathered it with black pepper before they cooked it. And it was on BOTH sides.
So if you order the teriyaki chicken, ask for no pepper.
It was a good amount of food but the chicken was a bit dry.
Maybe using dark meat would be better. I love dark meat so that’s not a big deal.

I am so obsessed with Achita and their lunch specials. It’s around $20 for miso soup, edamame, 5 pieces of really incredible quality nigiri with great flavors, and a roll of your choice. When I first found out about this deal, I went like three times in a week. I’ve taken family and friends here. The quality of the fish is some of the best in Santa Clarita and they give nice big pieces of fish for the nigiri. My favorite roll is the mangorita because I love mango and tuna. My favorite sushi spot in Santa Clarita.

We have been coming to Achita for over 5 years. IMO by far the best quality fish for Nigiri. They have a large selection of speciality rolls. They have a lunch special which comes with miso soup, edamame, an assortment of 5 pieces of nigiri sushi, and one speciality roll. We ordered the lunch special along with several other items from the bar. The owner Jay is always so polite, and always takes the time to make small talk. I highly recommend giving this place a try.

Best sushi I’ve had in SCV and we got it delivered so it wasn’t even fresh- both of us LOVED the sushi AND the tempura shishito peppers were to die for! They totally deserve the 5.0 stars on Grubhub! Will DEFINITELY be returning in person!

This is the real deal. Small private shop with a unique roll and special selection. There are classics here but the ‘secret sauce’ is the many unique dishes. Plenty of outdoor seating. The price is a tad high, but it’s quality cuts.

We moved to SCV 3 years ago from LA (born and raised) and after trying every sushi spot in town, the old favorite in Stevens Ranch, the new trendy place in Plum Canton., etc, etc… Achita is easily the best QUALITY SUSHI in Santa Clarita.
We don’t order rolls, just nigiri! Piece by Piece the fish is better, the ration of rice, the rice, everything is just better and taste better from a quality stand point.
If you just want a cheap sushi dinner go to Ralph’s. But people that actually appreciate quality sushi, should stop in.
Thank god we found this place, we stopped eating sushi in SCV after thinking the place in plum canyon was as good as it gets.
