Absolutely the best late-night Mexican spot around! This place is a true hole-in-the-wall gem – authentic, flavorful, and made with heart. I placed an online order pretty late at night and ran into a small issue, which can definitely happen when it’s close to closing time. What mattered most was how they handled it… they immediately made it right without hesitation, and with such a friendly attitude. That kind of service is rare, especially that late at night!
The food itself was incredible – fresh, real, and packed with bold flavor. You can taste the authenticity in every bite. Add that to the fact that they genuinely care about their customers, and you’ve got a 10/10 experience.

Very sad experience here — both my friend and I ended up experiencing GI issues after our visit to Achilito’s. I had a spicy chicken burrito for $12.75 (I tried to get the Yucca burrito and add chicken, but I think my order wasn’t understood). My friend had a spicy steak bowl and was surprised to be charged $20 due to opaque ingredient pricing rules that are not very clear from the menu. The taste was decent but didn’t live up to the glowing reviews I’d heard from a friend. Waking up in the middle of the night with stomach and GI issues was not worth it. Quite disappointed in Achilito’s and don’t plan on coming back.

Walking around Boston and got hungry, decided to check out this place! We got a bowl and a quesadilla wrap, both were delicious. We also got chips and guac and a mango slushie. So I got a chicken quesadilla wrap and it was so good!! Cheesy and savory, I really enjoyed it. My partner got an al pastor chicken bowl and it was good, he liked it a lot, i preferred mine. The guac was fresh and so were the chips. Mango slush was good. Service was fast and they were nice! Loved the vibes, the music was popping.

Wow what a trip! I got a shrimp burrito last night from this place and i got food poisoning within an hour! I saw that the server gets the slimy shrimps from a container but I didn’t dare to ask if the shrimps are fresh and the bad news is that they were not! I had food poisoning before in my life but this was the worst one! I threw up to the last bite of what i ate! Please be careful getting food from this place! Plus they have some ingredients that if you put on your burrito it will be extra cost but i didn’t see the label saying that and they didn’t mention, so instead of a 15$ burrito sandwich I ended up paying 20$. Very noice!
