We got a recommendation to eat here because of the outstanding views. What was really exceptional was the entire experience. We were sat right away without any wait, and our food was ordered within minutes. When it came out, the portions were large and amazingly prepared. Definitely a good value and quality is spectacular! The views were great too! You gotta try this place.

Ruben was a little dry, but delicious. The sliders were good. Could have used a pickle. lol Probably should have asked. Service was great and followed up on time. Restaurant is very clean even though outdoor dining. Good “homemade” chips.

We decided to come out to this establishment due to the high rating and the long wait at the other restaurant located right next door. We were seated right away as the restaurant was not crowded. The experience went from okay to bad. We came with six adults and two children. We got the cheese curd app which was swimming in grease. No bread was initially provided but when we asked the waiter informed that it was free and no need to order it, and brought it after the fact. The bread was very good. Two of us got the half chicken meal, one got Sheppard pie, one got mushroom ravioli, I got the steak special based on recommendation of the waiter. The steak special came with two sides as well as a soup or salad. I was never given the opportunity to order a choice of soup or salad and when I did ask if it could just be packed to go the waiter said yes however never asked which I wanted and it never came anyway. I ate one bite of the steak and it was about cafeteria quality and very over seasoned. The chicken dish was sour and the Sheppard pie boasted 80% mashed potatoes and dry beef. The mushroom ravioli was a hit. When the waiter was informed of the food quality he offered to give us a free crème brûlée, which I declined. At no point was an alternative provided or a comp offered, I should all point out that drinks were never refilled throughout the meal. I understand that food quality is not the servers fault, however, the service was lackluster at best. Two people in the party actually got sick and one did end up vomiting as soon as we arrived back home.

Ace’s Run was a breath of fresh air. Our waitress was very kind and accommodating. Truly patient because we were a large party with small children as well. The food was outstanding, very well portioned and was even able to take some home to enjoy to rest. The atmosphere was very relaxed and calm. I can tell the difference between the regulars and one visiting from out of town. The regulars were also very nice! I would definitely come back to visit. I honestly have nothing to complain about.

Great location, can access by boat or car. If coming through the parking lot, it is a little hard to find. Very empty for being in the summer for lunch but service was decent. Food was good. Turkey burger was tasty but have had better. Blood Mary was boring and no good. Outdoor seating was nice with a view of the lake and umbrellas which is apparently not a thing at other restaurants nearby.

Very very nice interior, and good was unbelievably amazing! Service was a bit low though, many things did not come out, and our waitress seemed to get lost towards the end of our visit.

This was our second visit to Ace’s Run resturant and it did not disappoint! The wait staff was lovely and the food is incredible. We really appreciate the variety of dishes (all American) that ensure everyone in our group will have something they love. Although we could not make a reservation, We arrived at 6:30 on a Friday evening with 12 people. They did split us up into two table beside each other which was not a problem. A very comfortable setting with a lovely view of the lake. Can’t wait to go again!

Stopped here for a early dinner. Place was a little hard to find but was well worth it. Had dinner on the balcony that overlooks the lake.
