Walked in she (short Hispanic girl) stared at me behind the counter. I said can I please get the chili Riano burrito Sub refried beans instead of the rice she said that’ll be an extra charge. I said OK let’s do it. She said to go orders only I said I can’t eat it here? She said we close at 7:30. I said OK 15 minutes is enough for me.
I asked for the refried beans they put no refried beans on and charged me and it was a tiny burrito maybe a step up from Taco Bell.
She was really rude when my father went to order a Carne Asada burrito.
He said yeah you don’t need to be rude and she’s smart mouth back and said yeah you’re welcome, sir. Then I said well that explains why you’re parking lot is empty.
I believe she was the only Hispanic girl working tonight the dark color girl with braids was nice.
The owner should definitely call me or respond!

Couple bites in and this was a surprise, thanks for the great service and leaving evidence of the great cleaning the cooks do! Just to be clear this is a wire from the cleaning Brillo pad they used to clean things with. I loved this place when they opened and now they have gone to the deep end of the dumpster! I hope you get it together and fire the cook or whoever is responsible; this is going to be reported to the health department especially when they said they would call me back and never did.

Gave this place a 2nd try tonight and the service wasn’t much better. I’m sure the food would be good if they could communicate amongst each other better. Our 1st visit we ordered 3 different meals and they were all 3 made wrong. I suggest checking yours before you leave! The girl taking the order doesn’t pay attention very well so definitely have her read it back to you. I definitely do recommend Aceituno’s food though. Next time we’ll just drive further to get better service.

To put it shortly this place doesn’t deserve your business its mediocre at best and they don’t value customers at all.
I’ve been going there for taco Tuesday every Tuesday for almost 4 years a couple weeks ago I ordered a bunch. They piled it in one bag which is usually big enough. Not realizing i had more then usual I grabbed it to leave then the bag off balances and it being a cheap paper bag for and my food spilled all over in front of the employees.
No we’re sorry let us remake that or even an offer of a discount. I had to be full price for what is an incident led to by their carelessness, not even a single apology.
Needless to say I’m NEVER! going there again. You’ll don’t respect your customers I don’t respect your business.

Fast and easy, delicious food. I was able to get in and order my food for lunch without having to wait in line. I ordered the Carne Asada Ranchero Special with a side of chips and salsa and a drink. I also got two sides of salsa one red and one green. The salsa that came with the chips was very spicy and I just used that salsa and didn’t even touch the two sides of salsa. The meal was about $25 so a little on the expensive side. However the food was good and since the restaurant wasn’t very busy it was a calm place to enjoy my meal and relax. I will be back again looking forward to taco Tuesday. The salsa is very delicious and so spicy. 10/10 highly recommend and will be back!

I just had a HORRIBLE interaction with an exceedingly RUDE employee that refused to give me her name both in person and on the phone. I asked to speak to her manager and she said she doesn’t have one.
For reference we come here often and just asking 3 times for some salsa seemed extreme and having being completely ignored and met with a huge attitude is wild to me.
Also throwing the salsa into the bag (wrong ones by the way sweetie) now all over the burritos and the bag.

TERRIBLE!!! ZERO STARS IF I COULD
I had a horrible experience at this Aceituno’s location. I clearly noted that I have an avocado allergy, and they still served me guacamole. When I went back in and brought it up, the cashier had a serious attitude and claimed there was no guacamole—until I opened the burrito and showed her. Then, instead of helping or showing any concern, she called her manager and they laughed about it on the phone while I was literally breaking out from an allergic reaction. She seemed more focused on what food she was going to make for herself than helping any customers. I asked for the corporate and HR contact info, and they refused to give it to me. I ended up in the emergency room, and they treated the whole situation like a joke. I’ve been to other Aceituno’s locations and never had a problem, but this one is by far the worst. The staff is slow, rude, careless, and unprofessional. I will never be coming back.

The taco bundle box of 20 tacos is a must! The horchatas were on point! Service was fast! The taquitos are smaller than expected so I wouldn’t order those again, but their churros are delicious!! I definitely recommend this place! I know I’ll be coming here more often!
