Came for happy hour and service was very slow. We waited 30 minutes just to get our order taken. We got the margherita pizza and the crust was too salty and weirdly crispy and chewy at the same time. the garlic parmesan cheese curds were very good

For ping pong lovers, this place is amazing. The prices are reasonable (at least for two people) and the tables and paddles are all new and on good condition. The atmosphere and music is great, the lights even turn off at night and the ping pong balls glow in the dark, which makes for an incredible vibe. Recommend booking a table online in advance so you are guaranteed a spot.

Had such a fun time here with my husband! We loved the vibe and the experience overall, and honestly wish there was a place like this back home in Minneapolis. The music was fun and lively, which added a lot to the atmosphere.
One thing I wish was advertised more clearly is the option for AI Ping Pong as we definitely would’ve tried it if we had known about it ahead of time since it’s unique. It also would’ve been helpful to have boards or signs with pricing and activity options listed, so you know what’s available when you walk in.
The main downside was the spacing. Everyone was at ping pong tables right next to each other, and it felt a little cramped, especially since there were plenty of other open tables. We had people from nearby tables constantly hitting balls into our section, sometimes even into others drinks, which got distracting. Spreading groups out more when the space allows would make the experience even better (or have small netting between each table).
That said, it was still a really fun outing and something different to do together. We’d definitely go back!

AceBounce Chicago is such a vibe! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is energetic, fun, and perfect for a night out. The music is great, the lighting gives it that upscale lounge feel, and the ping pong tables make it interactive instead of just standing around.
The staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were well-made and came out quickly. The food was surprisingly good too — definitely more than just typical bar snacks. It’s a great spot for birthdays, date nights, or just going out with friends.

I happened to win the Instagram giveaway for Ace Bounce and it was SO FUN! Service was excellent and very attentive. Food was delicious and drinks were refreshing. The AI ping pong was so fun and entertaining, and definitely unique. This place is great for parties, dates, or just a friendly hang out. I will definitely be back with a group of friends. If you are bored of the Chicago winter, stop here for some fun! Also a great place to take some pics – loved the photobooth!

Amazing place. I have come during happy hour and for birthday parties. AceBounce is perfect whether you’re with a small group to get a drink and a quick bite, or with a large group to play several games. One of the bartenders, Cris, always makes sure that we are served quickly and accurately. He’s very friendly, resolves all issues quickly, and is one of the reasons that my friend and I have come back multiple times. If you book for a birthday, the AceBounce staff make sure that you feel celebrated and that your group has a great time.

Absolutely atrocious management and service. Waited over an hour at a mostly dead bar for a ping pong table due to “reservations”, which conveniently never showed up while we waited. Despite being paying bar customers during this time, multiple people in our group were given the run around and told to speak to the host up front after we waited an additional 15-20 min past our supposed table time without any explanation or communication, and the host was never present up front and never helped. After asking several servers and bartenders, they finally put us on a ping pong table – right in front of an entire dinner party (even though there were 5+ other empty tables without people eating near them), and then wouldn’t let us move to a table with more space around it because of “reservations”, which again, conveniently never showed up the whole time we were playing. Management is either brutally incompetent, or they have a not so subtle agenda about who they want to actually play there – do yourself a favor and take your time and money anywhere else. Oh and cherry on top, they skimp big time on the portion sizes for food.

Food: The food was mid, but good enough for a cheap happy hour snack. Big hands or micro tacos? The fried ranch was odd, but you should give it a try. Most of the ranch fell out of the stick, but still not bad. Reminded me of a mozzarella stick with cream cheese filling.
Vibes: Overall had a great time, will add this spot to the happy hour rotation.

Randomly came across this place and thought it was an interesting concept. We weren’t looking to play ping-pong – just food and drinks- so I can’t speak to the games side of things. There are A LOT of tables and people were definitely having fun. The food was decent. It looked way better than it actually tasted but it was good bar food. The cocktails and beer list were very good. If you’re reading this you’re probably looking to play. With food and games, you’re probably in for a fun time. For just food, you can find a better option.
