Great place. Food is good. The staff is very friendly . Went on Sunday night. They run this place very well. Free parking, big lot.
The store has tv’s, board games, but still very calm and relaxing.
Burgers are great!
I know Some people like the fries. The fries are frozen bag style. I prefer hand cut fries, maybe in the future they will change it?
They make signature sauces.
For mgmt- is there anyway to make your own sauces? Ranch, bbq.
I can’t wait to try milkshake next time.

I recently moved to Charlotte and I’m trying to find a really good burger, which led me to Ace No. 3. I ordered the Ace Burger (added lettuce and tomato) along with a side of fries and a soda. The burger was cooked nicely and very flavorful, though I didn’t love the sauce that came on it, and the fries were excellent. I’ll definitely return to try another burger and perhaps their onion rings, but overall I was pleased.

We went for soft serve. They only had vanilla, but the nice guy said you want chocolate? So he mixed in chocolate sauce and made it chocolate! It was delicious. The space was clean and bright. I sat there thinking, if I were a kid in the neighborhood, I would go there all the time!!

This might be the best hamburger in Charlotte! The service was excellent, with staff going the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. A special shout-out to Curtis—thank you for being so kind and for taking the time to check on me. Believe it or not, ACE No. 3 is part of a chain of locations throughout Charlotte. I don’t quite understand their method; while this location has plenty of parking, some others can be a challenge, especially since I’m from New York. The vibe here is very cool, and the seating is comfortable—it’s all about getting customers in, feeding them, and sending them on their way. The milkshakes are amazing! Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Great burger (The Ace). I am a Fundruckers fan when it comes to burgers, but that franchise left Charlotte awhile ago. Ace No. 3 is going to have to be the replacement as far as fast food, made fresh, quality burgers for me. I like the sweet potato tots because you get a lot, but sadly they don’t have honey mustard for them. I take them home and dip them in my chick fil a sauce Great friendly service. The atmosphere is relaxed, hippy diner feel.

This was first time visiting. We watched the end of the Panthers and Falcons game. This place puts you in the mind of “FatBurger” I had the Hangover with cheese, no tomatoes, and sauce on the side. I pinched fries and onion rings from my man and son’s plates.

Great, juicy burgers. We’ll seasoned. The fries are crispy but I felt they were mildly under-seasoned. Dipped them in comeback sauce and that was yummy. Curtis, one of the employees, is so friendly and hard-working. He’s a keeper!

This was our first time visiting. We found them from online stating they had great burgers, so we headed there for lunch today.
The building is really cute. On the inside it looks like a typical fast food restaurant, no frills as you sit on round stools at tables. There were outside tables, but it was a little cool today. You order up front, get a beeper and pick it up when your food is ready.
Ok, here is where my expectations were met!! The burgers were AMAZING! You can get what you want on it and it’s served piping hot. You can choose your sides and we picked fries and onion rings. Since this was our first time there we decide to get a milkshake which was so good!
The only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is because it’s just your average no frills restaurant and when we left they were cleaning the patio (which is a great thing) but we could not get out the door as it was very slippery. I felt that should not be done during operating hours as people really don’t want to be eating and watching people cleaning floors.
We will definitely be visiting again when the weather is warmer to sit outside and enjoy another great meal.

Either only white people left reviews (cause there was no seasoning) or I just had a bad experience. Y’all where was the seasoning? My burger has NONE and it was BURNT. Not only that but there were like 5 pickles on my burger. Like it’s giving “were you silent, or silenced.” Girl, I was shocked into silence. Like genuinely baffled. Like even my tots were off, they were too squishy on the inside. Sadly I’m non confrontational so I did not get my money back. These burgers are good if you don’t want seasoned beef. Never again. Service was really nice though, and so was the interior. Those were the only selling points tbh
