The worst restaurant experience of my life. When we ordered we were not informed of the fountain drink machine not working. The sodas had no carbonation. When we went back to get tea instead, we saw the top of the ice machine on the counter covered in mold and no tea made anyways. At that point we asked for a refund due to not being able to get a fountain drink anyways. The general manager then proceeded to tell us we could have Powerade or lemonade which we didn’t want so my husband still requested a refund. The manager reluctantly agrees but then when my husband started pointing out all the issues we could see in the restaurant he tells us to leave and will not refund us. He refused to let us eat our food but also would not refund us. I can not believe the lack of customer service from this manager even after trying to serve us from a machine with a serious mold issue, which I will include a photo of. The restaurant itself was dirty and nothing was stocked. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

First time here, loved the overall vibe of the restaurant! Very cool how they have 3 large tables, with some booths as well. They have outdoor seating, with some tables that have fans. There were also corn hole boards set up. The music was a tad loud, the only reason for the 4 stars on atmosphere. Me and my husband both got the ace burger, I got fries and he got the onion straws. Ordering was very fast, we waited about 10 minutes with a beeper. Food was 10/10!!! I just wish they had homemade ranch.

My 2 burgers were so charred on the ends that I couldn’t bear to get through the last burger’s edges. Please stop over cooking the patties. This is not the 1st time I’ve had this experience. Honestly, Ace No. 3 hasn’t been the same since they got rid of their chilli and slaw toppings.

I got the Ace burger and thought it was good. $10 was probably a little more than what it was worth but it was still good nevertheless. The buns were super soft and it was fresh. The fries were disappointing though. They tasted just like Burger King’s fries. We also tried the onion straws but I couldn’t eat too many of them because of how greasy they were. I’d imagine that they’d probably make a good topping on a burger though, just in smaller quantities. I doubt I’ll come back it was good enough to try once.

This was our second trip here and again it was delicious! The ACE burger is very good! I add extra grilled onions and get some extra “come back sauce”. Highly recommended! They also have delicious milkshakes! The strawberry is excellent and so is the new one right now, the Grinch Mint. You can get them either regular or “boozeee” with a shot of alcohol in them. Definitely give this place a shot!!
