I finally had time to eat here again. it has definitely changed! It’s now bigger and more “bar/bbq” themed than a cafe. Food was again excellent!
Staff members – these guys were super cool.
Cooked food was delivered by the lady that cooked it.
They also brought a small spin wheel to win free food. I got 2 chicken skin skewers!
Definitely one of my favorite places to visit when I’m in this area.

I love this place and there used to be a couple of guys who worked there that I’ve been cool with. But when they are not there, it seems like I get somewhat of a “I’m not important” service. Not all the time, but sometimes.
But I do love their tofu skewers and they are super cheap!!!
The spices are done right. The other foods I had were also good.
Can be busy!!!!

Very nice chinese bbq restaurant with reasonable price at East Bay. The restaurant has been around for a while. We arrived and got seated right away. You order using QR code. There are plenty of bbq items to choose from. Our order was ready quickly. It has meat and veggies. I love all the meats and veggies which we ordered. You can keep ordering. The spicy chicken feet are yummy. The meats are tender. The also yummy. We went home full and satisfied.

Lol sooo like I didn’t speak their language and I was so disappointed in myself when they were talking to me. My friend stepped in and did the talking lol. But overall, the food was delicious hehe. We came once on a weekend night and it was packed, couldn’t get a table. Came back a week later on a Sunday afternoon to try again.
Everything tasted amazing, not too spicy but flavorful. Fried rice was the star of the show, packed with spices.

Skewers are great. The lamb and beef BBQ sticks are pretty classic. They also have a variety of other dishes like wonton soup, oysters, and I’m pretty sure they have their own boba tea bar to serve those kinds of drinks. Great place to go for a trendy night out.

The first thing you’ll notice about this place is the garbage bags taped to the windows. This is due to the insane glare they get in the afternoons and evenings, and I guess the owner is too cheap to buy shades? They tried to seat us in the “blast zone” of light (coming through the door, which is not covered) and when I asked for another table, I got a scowl and they reluctantly reseated us. The food wasn’t bad, but it was pricey – all pictured is about $25 before tip. Meat was pretty chewy and left us unsatisfied. Honestly, for that kind of money, just go to Sia across the street or Gen down the road.

Came with a group of 10 for a late night dinner, a bit of a squeeze but not uncomfortable. The BBQ was pretty good, I liked the sweet rolls and cucumber with tofu strips dish a lot too. Cucumber was OK. Beijing yogurt was OK.
