I visited Guadalajara Tacos today hoping to find pozole with handmade tortillas, and Diana went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Let me start by saying this: I truly don’t understand why this place has poor reviews. PLEASE give this location a try and go based on your own experience. I’m so glad I did, because everything was absolutely amazing. The food was incredibly delicious, full of flavor, and freshly made to perfection. The salsas were definitely spicy, exactly how I like them. It’s rare to find a place that says their salsa is hot and actually means it! The horchata was hands down the best I’ve had so far, made from scratch, rich, and full of flavor.
The entire staff was great: attentive, clean, organized, and professional. They communicated well and explained how things were prepared when we had questions. We were served generous portions, and everything tasted so good that even after getting full, I still took food home. Diana, you and your crew this morning were wonderful. Thank you so much for being kind, attentive, and making sure everything was prepared the way we wanted. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Large portions, delicious food. Their cucumber and strawberry drinks are amazing. Always get takeout so can’t attest to the location. Good experience every time I’ve ordered.

Order two super nachos to go nothing put to the side everything on it and then was given a comment. Oh look look there’s no hair because the last time ordering there they had hair in their nachos, but I think it’s very unprofessional to sit there and make such a comment like that to a customer

They were open on Christmas so I decided to try them out. First thing I noticed when I walked in I loved that they had a salsa bar. I hate going to a taqueria and they want to skim on the salsa. Here you wouldn’t have to worry about that. The food was delicious. The service was good but I don’t speak Spanish which kinda made it hard to communicate my order but we worked it out.

Delicious street tacos with quite good carne asada and super tasty shredded chicken. Add the orange salsa on top, for sure. Tortillas are thick enough that just one was needed for each.
The Queza Birria tacos are unique – I think they dipped the tacos in the au jus before frying and grilled it up with cheese and large chunks of carnitas. I’m all in.

I guess I went when Nobody was there which was a Plus for me I hate long Lines. The Cashier was ok she spoke her best English and I probably spoke my worst Spanish Ordering. I got a Super Carne Asada Beef Burrito No Rice , Pico DeGallo, Jalapenos Whole Beans Cheese Onion and Cilantro. Ok so First they pulled out Fresh Carne Asada placed it on the Flame Grill I was like Hell Yeah while he did his thing on the Grill I partook in the Fresh Salsa Bar Togo or for dine in. And in about Less then 5 min I got my Nice size Burrito oh! I did get Xtra Steak too!
I got to the car unwrapped the foil and Boom There she was Toasted Flour Tortilla just Beautiful OMG!! Yes this was a Very Good Burrito and I can’t wait to go back again

I always drive by this place and decided to finally make a visit. I’m glad I did. The food and drinks were very good. The fish taco was quite large and would have been enough to fill me. The salsa bar is a nice touch. Always get the horchatas.

Lengua taco isn’t worth it for $5, but carnitas tacos are top notch. Cabeza tacos are not bad too, and both fairly priced at $3.50. Good spot and works for big groups; it’s my favorite place to go after practice.
