Eclectic and brightly colorful interior decor. Large and high ceiling dining area. Table chips and salsa was fresh and warm. All the orders in our party of 8 were superb. I particularly loved the tropical fajitas – the combination of steak, chicken, shrimp, bacon, and scallops was mouth watering. The margaritas hit the spot – not watered down. The flan was the only dessert we tried, and I loved it!

Stopped in on a Tuesday and enjoyed the taco specials & a frozen margarita. My boyfriend ordered the enchiladas rancheros and they were delicious. The basket of warm tortilla chips & salsa was a nice start to the meal.

We were in town to see the Grave Creek Mound and decided to come here for lunch. I had the fish tacos and they were very good. My friend had some sort of platter with several different tacos and she liked it very much. Our margaritas were really good too and so was the service. I would come back if in town.

Being from California, I was pleasantly surprised to find a Mexican restaurant out here and happy that it was delicious. I ordered the burrito de Chile Colorado which came with rice. The portions were great and I was impressed with the burrito and rice. There were also chips and salsa included as an appetizer which was good too. Service was good, but nothing out of the ordinary. Only negative thing was that I asked for a box and the waitress never returned with one. I asked another worker and he also never returned. After waiting for a bit, I took my loss and decided to leave.

Stopped here between WV State Penitentiary tour and Archive of the Afterlife museum. It was quiet, quick service, friendly and attentive wait staff. The only complaint isn’t really much but just FYI… My daughter and I ordered peach frozen daiquiri.. The blender needs replaced or they need to blend longer… Ice chunks so big you kept getting straw plugged up… Hard to drink it through the straw. I had vegie chimichanga and my daughter had steak fajitas.. Everything tasted great and was served way hot! I would eat here again if in the area.

Had the chicken and shrimp fajitas. Passed on the beans and rice and the tortilla’s. The chips and dip or delicious and so was the rest of my meal. Service was excellent. It was quite busy as well. So that is definitely a plus.

Ate there Saturday 2/21/26 with my son and his entire archery team after a tournament and everyone got sick. Place might have been good years ago but for 30+ people to get sick from the food says a lot.

Possibly the worst Mexican I’ve ever had. It appeared less than 3 minutes after I ordered, so the food had obviously been sitting under heat lamps. And the menu described the burrito as coming with “melted cheese” but whatever it has wasn’t cheese. Cheese isn’t that liquid when just warm. It was disgusting and left an unpleasant aftertaste. Avoids 1 star because the margaritas were ok.
