We were so surprised at how amazing this place is. They have a phenomenal Sunday brunch, as well as a great regular menu. We go there regularly now, and the service is great, as well as the food. We have not been there for a happy hour, but they look like they have some amazing specials for that, too!

This was the best buffet I have ever been too. You could tell all the food was being made from scratch. It all tasted authentic. The tortillas were made in front of you and so were the quesabirrias and sopes. $50 per adult 18 for kids over 3 it was well worth it. Our server Ricardo was attentive and friendly

We had an amazing experience at Acapulco Restaurant, thanks to our incredible server Hector. From the moment we arrived, he worked so hard and moved quickly to make sure everyone in our large party had everything they needed. He was so attentive, kind, and genuinely fun to be around—he really made our day feel extra special as we celebrated my dad’s retirement.
Even with our big group, he never missed a beat. He was accommodating, efficient, and always had a great attitude. You could tell he truly cared about providing great service.
The buffet was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options and really good quality food. And let’s not forget—the drinks were strong, delicious, and definitely hit the spot!
Thank you to the whole team, and especially our wonderful server Hector, for making it a day we’ll always remember! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Hector’s behavior is highly inappropriate and requires immediate training in customer service. Due to his unprofessional conduct, I will not be returning to the establishment and will inform my family and friends of this decision. Also found a hair in my burrito so glad I didn’t take that first bite

I was been here last Saturday. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food is very fresh especially I loves the hand made warm chips and Taco so so much! I made an order for pick up today also.
I called the restaurant yesterday night and double check if I can pick up my order today. The lady I don’t know who took the phone call, she made sure yes!
But when I came here right now, the kitchen even didn’t prepare my order, and if I still wanna get the order, I have to wait 2 more hours here, which made me so sad. The manager his name is Alberto, he is really a great manager and do best customer service.
He gave me another order( which is exactly the same as my order just uncooked) without charging, teaches me how to steam the food very patiently.
Even more, he gives me some free snacks, and chicken nuggets to show his apology.
I can’t believe what Alberto do for me today, but it’s a true story, so amazing.
If you come over this restaurant, please ask for Alberto! He is the best, one hundred percent!

My Family and I have been coming here to Acapulco for years, and we always get treated very nice by everyone. The servers, all the staff are very polite and make us feel comfortable. We made friendships with some of them ( Don Pepe, Jesus and Robert, ect.) Always treating us like Family. Muchas gracias por su excelente servicio

I love, love, love this restaurant. The food is always fabulous. My favorite servers are here. We are always greeted when we enter the front door as if it’s been too long since our last visit. All the desserts are the best. And the Sunday brunch is phenomenal. I love this restaurant.
