The açaí bowl was not the best. I couldn’t finish it because the fruit tasted bitter and unripe. Unfortunately, I was overcharged. For a large bowl, it says $11.50. But when I payed, I was charged $20.87. Also it says “bowl” but it’s really just a plastic cup. On top of that, the workers we looking at me and my party and laughing. Bad desserts, and even worse customer service. I won’t be coming here again.

This place has delicious, creamy ice cream. They offer good sundae options and flavor choices. The beverages and shakes are cooling. Additionally, you can get an excellent acai bow from them. Friendly and lovely lady is working the window. She also suggested a restaurant for brunch, lunch, and dinner. Very handy! I wholeheartedly endorse this location.

We ordered for two kids. The service was very very slow. After waiting for 10 minutes we were told that one of the items was not available. We tried a different item. Again 10 minutes later we were told sorry. Third try. Not available but at least we were told within a few minutes. I asked what is available? We were given 5 options and after almost 30 minutes our kid had his ice cream. Very rough experience on a very slow day.

Just go to Dairy Queen, you’ll be better off. The customer service was terrible and don’t speak much English. I tried ordering 3 different flavors just for them to tell me they are out of that flavor each time. At that point, I was already frustrated and to top it off I waited 15 minutes and was the only one in line.

Decent açaí bowl, pricey for a small but it was more than enough for one person. The açaí was a little sweet for the base it definitely has added sugar. A good amount of fresh fruit on top

My daughter and I had a great time at Ice Cream by Sprinkles! The staff were amazing making a banana split exactly the way my daughter wanted and I tried their famous Açaí with the fresh fruits! Absolutely amazing! We went back the next day and I tried the blue panda ice cream…. Just delicious!!! We will be back next summer!!!

I went here with a group of friends to try the açaí bowl but, we immediately felt uncomfortable due to the workers speaking in a different language while laughing and looking at us. We tried the small açaí which tasted like a used porta potty with fruit on top and looks like it too. It was overpriced for its quality . Me and my friends will not be returning due to the bad customer service and terrible food.

I’ve lived in Hyannis Cape Cod for the past 7 years and this is by far the best Ice Cream I’ve ever enjoyed. They have nothing but fresh ingredients and they will make you feel at home whenever you enter the front door. I wish they were open all year, but I appreciate going as much as possible all summer. I dare anyone to give them a try, I’m sure you will agree once you try them, they are the best Icecream parlor in Cape Cod. They also have the best Smoothies with the freshest fruits, guaranteed to satisfy the soul.
