Don’t waste your time. We simply stopped for fries, as we were going to a show. 4 people behind the counter, stocking etc. Cashier said it would be a couple minutes. 22 minutes later- no fries. Manager had to come issue refund. When I asked for a refund, someone FINALLY put fries in the fryer. Too late. I was done.

Was just here and ordered two burgers , fries and a Philly cheesesteak. It does take a bit for the food, but that’s because they cook it fresh for you. The woman at the register was great.
The cheesesteak was amazing ( soooooo good ! ) ,the burgers were good too. The fries come in a huge box, I would order one per two people. I’m Definitly going to come back.

Scam, ordered room service, the never delivered it, but charged it to my room. Discussed with the front desk at checkout, they told me I had to take it up with snack shack. I waited for them to open, went and talked to a manager to have the $75 charge removed. They took my information but never contacted me or removed the charge.

We came in tonight when it was very busy and in the confusion our order was picked up by someone else. When we asked for an update and the mistake was realized, the woman working the cash register went above and beyond to ensure our order was completed, held it aside for us, and overcompensated for the issue. Food was delicious and fair priced for inside the casino!

Anyone complaining clearly didn’t get their chicken sandwich. It comes with a fried chicken cutlet, pesto, fresh cheese, etc. and is THE best sandwich I’ve ever had at a small place like this.
I think about this sandwich at least once a week. It really is SO amazing, and the people are always so sweet. Couldn’t recommend it more!!!

Service does not even deserve a 1 star. Ordered about 11:30pm July 4th weekend got food about 12:15am. Employees were standing around bullshiting. If that wasn’t bad enough, they started filling orders out of order. After seeing some angry customer faces they started to get the message. My first time in Atlantic city, probably my last….very disappointing.

Absolutely horrid food. The fries were waaaaay too salty and the chicken tacos gave me serious stomach problems. The chicken was either too chewy (felt undercooked) or was actually cartilage; and the guac on top was well past its expiration of being left out cause it was more than a little gray/ brown. Disgusting.
