Ordered burger, and they came to our table at a lightning speed. I personally would take more time preparing via microwave, not sure how that was so fast. Burgers were ok, specifically the mushroom burger. Chicken burger was mid. None of the orders come with fries, but for $10, drink & fries can be added to any meal. The 22 oz draft beer was excellent choices and fairly priced.

Had a taste for something light just to hold us over before a show. Was able to get seated right away. Wasn’t crowded. Luis was our server. Pleasant and attentive. Had wings well done. They were good! I would’ve liked a little more seasoning though. I had the Pastrami Burger well. That was good! Big sandwich. Was coming apart as I was eating it. Nice atmosphere overlooking the water. Wife had the Chicken Noodle soup. She said it was tasty!

I recently visited AC Burger at Harrah’s Casino and placed two to-go orders, both times being greeted by Riley. She is an absolute joy! Her friendly, bubbly personality immediately stands out. She greets customers with a big smile, listens attentively, and makes you feel genuinely welcomed.
Chef Tom and Sheranda, the bartender, were equally impressive. They were accommodating and considerate when I had last-minute changes to both my food and drink orders. In today’s world, even small changes can sometimes be met with frustration, but that was definitely not the case here. Instead, all three team members showed patience and a genuine desire to ensure a great customer experience.
It’s truly refreshing to encounter employees who clearly care about their customers’ needs. I wish more establishments had staff who provided this level of outstanding customer service. A big thank you to the AC Burger team! Keep up the great work!

The food here is absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into the dishes, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. However, the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, had a bad attitude from the start to end which detracted from the overall experience.
If they can improve the service to match the quality of their food, this place has the potential to be a five-star destination.

Damn near $20 pastrami burger was literally completely raw and inedible. Ordered it to go so I got all the way home before I even realized. Too late for me to go back right now. Absolute bs. You owe me a burger or my money back.

My my mom, sister & I started my birthday brunch off at ACBC. I had a mimosa & we ordered the cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger, brisket chili w/fries & shakes. Everything was good & fresh. The server Nicole was a delight. Pricey tho $10 shakes regular size, $16+ for burgers & an additional $10 to make it a platter that includes fries & a soda. Yes a bit much.

was here on a Saturday night around 9pm, had a few burger for the family. burger is average not worth the price. over $100 of 4 burger 2 fries and 2 drink.. the service was lacking also being at a casino location service should be on point. you want customer to come gamble and spend money ,staff was hiding in corner chatting always instead of attending to customer. we came here since Gordon steak was already close.
