I usually like your food but I ordered last night for delivery a gyro and greek salad…took over an hour to deliver but ok…then it came not even that hot and the meat was burnt! Also the salad did not have any Kamala olives in it…just a bunch of lettuce…guess Ill be ordering from greek cove around corner…at least for the price they give a huge gyro and olives!

I ordered a patter with chicken and lamb over salad. The salad was very skimpy. Didn’t have much any besides a bunch of lettuce and a few tomatoes and a few cucumbers. The meat was burnt. The Gyro meat was burnt and I just did not like it and they still charged me $19 for that and it was only like five pieces small little pieces of meat that’s ridiculous. I’ll never return there again.

Hands down one of the best Gyros I have had. For sure the best in Nassau! I have tried a lot of different places, throughout the county, Abe’s definitely is the best, they stuff it with meat, just the right amount of toppings and sauce. Give it 10/10 for me highly recommend!

Came in here for a bite after a couple of hours of walking the Long Beach boardwalk before catching the train home. Enjoyed a nice gyro platter with french fries and grape leaves (extra $, but whatever). It’s a take out/eat in establishment where you order at the counter so nothing fancy but the food was good and the service was friendly. Prices about average for the area. Some other interesting items on the menu that I didn’t try but look good. It’s in a commercial strip right across from the LIRR station and only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk.

Tastes good but never have I ordered a gyro platter and it doesn’t come with rice or fries. Especially at $11. Absolutely disgusting at the amount of meat they give at this price as well. That is literally ALL the meat. That is one layer, just several thin (think bacon thickness) slices over an entire plate of lettuce and few slices of tomato. I didn’t touch any meat yet prior to this picture. Ive never felt so ripped off in my life. I litterly paid $11 for a bed of lettuce with a few thin slices of meat. If you feel like greek food go elsewhere unless you feel like getting ripped off.

Was very excited to see a falafel/salad place after walking boardwalk. Walked in, one customer waiting for her order. I asked the man at the grill if anyone was Israeli, he said his father was. I saw my parents were. I gave him my order and I asked if he ever went to Israel and he said he didn’t like it, the people were queer and he would t go back. I said it’s a beautiful country and he shook his head no. He plated my order and charged me $17 for a chopped salad and pieces of chicken with techina. I went to my car and started to eat….HORRIBLE!!!! So not only did I spend too much money for it, I encountered a little anti semitism. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Excellent food, their gyros are consistently slammin!!!! Been going to this place since I was a kid and the quality is always top notch.

Worst “Greek” food ever. Gyro platter was horrible. Didn’t taste like authentic Gyro meat. Fries had no taste other than appeared like frozen fries. Chicken slouvaki in a pita came drenched in a reddish white sauce, when it should have been just tzatziki sauce. The chicken were small pieces that tasted like they were boiled in water. I’m a big believer in supporting local businesses but they have to step up their game. Def not worth the 55 bucks we spent.
