They say this is the oldest bar in Savannah, I believe it. This place was so cool, small, dive feel bar that was fun to hang out in. There are small drawings of Abe Lincoln taped on the walls, ceiling, everywhere. Opens at 4pm, short walk from our hotel, well worth the trip.

This place was so much fun. We were there as part of a haunted pub crawl, you will have to check it out if you want to hear the gruesome history of this bar… It was packed, but service was quick and friendly and the drinks were generous.
The papers you see all over the walls and ceiling are visitors sketches of Abe Lincoln. Just ask a bartender for a paper and pen and you can leave your own little piece of history to this place!

Abe’s was one of our stops during our haunted cocktail walk. The amount of drawings of Abraham Lincoln is astounding! They are literally everywhere you look! Drinks were tasty and the vibe was fun. It’s a smaller sized bar so we were kinda packed in there while we were there. We had a great time and would definitely recommend checking it out if you are in the area. Bartender was great.

Hands down my favorite spot to get a few drinks in Savannah! The staff is great and the drinks are not only on point, but they are reasonably priced. We make it a point to always come back! While you’re there, ask for a paper and pen, they’ll let you pick a spot to add your Abraham Lincoln drawing. Love this place! No food here, ear before arriving!

We stopped by after dinner for drinks. The bartenders were friendly and attentive, and we had a few drinks and a couple of shots. Everything we ordered was great, and the service was on point.
The only downside was that a group of college students came in acting overly drunk and disruptive, which definitely took away from the vibe for a bit. One of them kept passing gas and that was just disgusting. Once they left, the atmosphere went back to being relaxed and enjoyable.
Overall, still a great spot — just depends on the crowd at the time!

A hole in the wall that was a great little stop for us on our bar crawl while in Savannah. Just thousands of hand drawn pics of Abe Lincoln or a rendering based on each artist’s perception of how Abe should be drawn, hang from the rafters and ceiling above. Full bar or beer available. Music by Daily Bread pours out of the speakers to add to an eclectic evening of Abe pics and libations.

Don’t pass this dive bar by! The bartenders were hilarious, and the entertainment from all the drawings of Abe Lincoln are unmatched. Streamlined menu for drinks, and no food.
Beware, it did have some college vibes… but lets be honest, that’s what we were going for haha!
