I went here last night with my boyfriend for our anniversary and it was amazing. The food was so good and our waiter was awesome. I made a reservation for 6 and as soon as we showed up, we were seated which was really nice. He was on the ball the entire time, we never had to ask for anything or wait for anything, he was on top of it. Yes this restaurant is a bit pricey and yes they add a 20% tip to the bill but we knew that because we read the menu. The waiter didn’t ask or force us to tip more and didn’t say anything about whether the tip went to him completely or not (like a lot of reviews have said.) we did tip a little extra too. Like I said, it was definitely worth it. Between the bread, appetizers, and side salads, by the time our entrees came, we were already full but we weren’t complaining. The food was so amazing that we couldn’t help but eat and we have plenty of leftovers too

This place was awesome! I am a little late in writing this. We went there on Valentine’s week. Our server was Big Mike. He was nothing but a gentleman! He took such great care of us. He also had wonderful recommendations of what to try. My hubby and I loved everything we ate that night. Nothing was bad from being to end. They should have a perfect 5 review. If we are in town again this will be our first stop. Thank you Big Mike for a wonderful job. It was so nice to meet you!

So my husband and I celebrated our 10-year wedding anniversary at Aberdeen Barn Steakhouse. The same place we had our first date 12 years ago. Everything is exactly as we remembered it. The atmosphere was a little loud but not unbearable. It was very nice to be able to showcase the Aberdeen service and the award-winning preparation and delicacy of the food.

Wasn’t expecting anything great because we were so far from the beach. I would say one of the top 3 restaurants near Virginia Beach. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and the staff was very friendly. The food was incredible, everything came out perfect. A must try is the bake oysters Rockefeller. Omg the best I ever had.

We enjoyed ourselves at Aberdeen Barn. We had a small Birthday celebration there with Family & Friends. There service was amazing & the food was great. They have a wide variety of steaks. They also have seafood & chicken dishes as well. I got the smoke wings for appetizer & my wife had the baked Oysters Rockafeller. We also enjoyed the Ribeye steak with truffle butter & she crab soup. Note: They are a bit expensive, but the food is great.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile now and I can’t believe I’ve waited this long. It was amazingggggg! Every thing was amazing. The atmosphere was nice. Our server Gene was attentive & super friendly. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and had great recommendations. For appetizers, we had the crab dip and lamb chops. I’m not a lamb fan, but I tried a piece and it was cooked perfectly and had a great taste. The crab dip was out of this world. I order crab dip wherever I go and I must say, Aberdeen’s crab dip is in my top 3 of best crab dips ever! For our main course, my boyfriend got the grilled tomahawk ribeye steak which was huge, but sooo delicious and flavorful. For his sides, he was recommended the bacon wrapped asparagus and he got a side of mushrooms. He was amazed at the flavor of both and said they were almost as good as mine which means they were very good! I got the fish and chips which again is what I order almost anywhere I go. I’m a creature of habit. Their fish was breaded and cooked perfectly. Amazing flavor and the tartar sauce was homemade and super delicious. I got a side of the truffle crab Mac & Cheese which was also very good. Big portions. We had a few to go boxes for sure. We got our dessert to go since we were overly stuffed. We got the chocolate cake and carrot cake. The chocolate cake was the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had! My boyfriend gave the carrot cake a rating of 10 out of 10 and said it was very good, very moist and had an amazing flavor. The sizes of the cake slices are huge! You definitely get your money’s worth at this place. If you’ve been thinking about going, just go!!! You won’t regret it. We will be back soon!

The best steakhouse in Virginia, they dry age their steaks on site, they have Japenese A1 wagu, dry age tomahawk steaks, I’ve never seen so many cuts of meat and so many different options. This is definitely a steak lovers place to visit.. they also have great seafood choices, huge portions, and a fantastic staff.
