My boyfriend and I came here for lunch and ordered the wrong burritos, they made us the correct ones at no charge! Churros were hot & delicious, inside is very nice & clean. 12/10 would recommend. Wonderful food, customer service & atmosphere!

The service was fast and easy. The workers were nice and friendly. The food though was alright for the most part just kind of bland didn’t taste like there was any seasoning added to the meat and the fries were soggy and no taste to them at all

This was our first visit to Abelardo’s Mexican Fresh in Twin Creek, right off of Highway 370 and S. 36th St. in Bellevue, Nebraska. We were excited to see that they stay open till midnight. Right now, finding a place that you can go in and sit down to eat after about 9 PM is very difficult… Nobody wants to come in at 9:30 when the place closes at 10 PM. It is a takeout place, so you get served in Styrofoam containers and have plastic utensils. You pour your own drink, can get some chips and salsa or guac while you wait for your number to be called. You sit where you want and the tables and chairs, along with the booths, our new and very nice. The place was clean and they also have a drive-through.

Anyway, we took our time and looked at the menu board to make our decision. The lady that took our order was very patient and professional. I ordered a number 3 with no refried beans and double rice and no lettuce on my ground beef enchiladas. I also ordered a side of sour cream. The ground beef was seasoned inside of my enchiladas, the rice is amazing. I loved my meal! My husband ordered the number 23 which is the mixed fajitas. It comes with steak, chicken and shrimp, and he got double rice, and no refried beans. The portion size on the mixed fajitas was enormous! I tried a bite of the chicken from his meal and it was seasoned so nicely and the chicken was soft and tender. I’m not a fan of shrimp or steak, so I did not try that. My husband loved it and devoured the whole plate. He received a giant burrito wrapper and made a huge fajita burrito. He loved his meal as well!

We ordered a side of fries and also an à la cart tamale to try. I am not a fan of their fries. Although they came hot, there’s absolutely no seasoning and just bland. The tamale was OK. Too spicy for me but my son and my husband loved it.

Finally, we ordered the ham omelette, breakfast plate to go. The omelette is enormous. I will update this when I hear from my roommate tomorrow, as this was his meal.

We definitely give it two thumbs up and we will be back. We love that it’s close to home and we can go through the drive-through and that we can get food after 9:30 – 10 PM. There are so many nights that we finish work late or my son has a school function we need to attend and we eat after the function… So this is a great option.

Burittos are very delicious almost as good as they are in Denver. I would definitely go again.

Usually I get great service… young guy at window didn’t look like he wanted to be there.. I ordered a pork rice bowl and spent 18 dollars but had maybe two bites of rice in the bowl… not right… other than that I’ve eaten here for years..

UPDATE ’26A: Policy update! Veterans 15% discount – their notice is posted @the pickup window, so uniformed members probably won’t have to ask. Veterans, bring your service proof, especially the non-retirees. Definitely read the fine print – Only this location not combined with other discounts (mailers?). Let ’em know when you’re ordering.

UPDATE ’26B: IDK if they still offer punch card for free burritos! We see many different locations, each operates independently, so redeeming your “free Burrito” depends on which one filled your punch ticket! Sad way to find out.
I failed to verify their Sunday hours; maybe next visit.

On the positive note, it’s still delicious but just don’t have enough for tomorrow’s breakfast! Compare their portion size of the #7 Two Chicken burrito meal – next time I’ll order the same beef burrito to show their other cut backs.

Not a fast-food chain, but a great value still. They’re lighter on the rice and beans, but it starts with a 14″ tortilla, and nearly a pond of your protein choice (over 14 oz) in their #7 double burrito combo (over 2 pounds).

Employees need to learn how to drain grease out of the meat. This never use to be an issue but we’re seeing it at more and more locations recently. Just no consistency from location to location anymore.

Definitely get a good value for the amount of food you get. Not my favorite restaurant for quality, but it’s great for what it is.

I usually get the burrito and enchilada $8.49 deal. I don’t eat that much so it can last me for at least 2 meals if not 3.

I love that they have a make your own salsa bar with all those different sauces.

Probably the best location here in town. Really clean, friendly workers, good food and they got the pepper bar along with chips out. Update i took two stars away on food as my last fajita order they virtually mechanically blended the meats. I like medium sized slices of meat, dont treat me like a child or geriatric patient that is liable to choke on food. I have teeth and prefer to chew my food vs prechewed food

We went bar hopping the other night and at almost 1 am on our way home, realized we were starving. Stopped here because they were open and we were pleasantly surprised HUGE portions (my burrito was literally the size of my head), decent prices and fast service!

I tried the Nebraska burrito and really loved the flavor. They packed a LOT of marinated pork in that bad boy, which was awesome

Hubby tried the number 18 combo- 2 carne asada burritos with rice and refried beans again, packed with meat and good flavor! The menu is huge but we’ll definitely be back to try more!
