Edit: So I’ve been talking around town about it still and apparently this has been a problem for the past few years and they have refused to address it. Honestly, beyond disappointed considering that this is one of the better pizza places in town. Admittedly they’re right next to a storage unit and a not so great hotel so eat at your own risk. Just because you don’t see it doesn’t mean it’s not there.
The pizza is described as “amazing,” with higher quality than many alternatives in the area.
Customers feel they are getting better-tasting, better-made pizza that justifies paying a little more.
Service and staffing 10
Staffing is strong, with the team working efficiently and creating a positive atmosphere in the whole store.
The experience of ordering and picking up food is smooth enough that guests are happy to keep coming back.
Overall value 8
While the price is a little steep, the combination of quality pizza and reliable service makes this a favorite spot for getting food.
This location earns genuine customer loyalty because it consistently delivers both good food and good treatment
I want to offer this feedback from a place of respect and a hope for better service in the future: if a building looks dark, a simple phone call or a quick knock can make all the difference. Folks were inside, waiting, excited, and ready to receive the order.
Because we never got that call or contact, the pizzas were given away and we had to make last-minute arrangements with another local restaurant.
We value local businesses and want to support you, and I hope this helps prevent something similar from happening to another group. Please consider improving communication during deliveries — it truly matters.
Do better, Abby’s Pizza — we know you can.
order pizza like you all! And the nights that we don’t want to cook and so surprisingly on a Friday night we ordered a pizza in 17 minutes later it was delivered!
Thank you Abby’s and delivery driver!! Friday night!
And last few times or more we have called for delivery or pickup or any of that. The pizza and food itself has been great and really great customer service on the phone! Definitely recommend this Abby’s Pizza. Our pizza that we usually get depending on size large or giant ranges from $27 to $45 it’s good pizza
Update: Can you open an Abby’s in Beaverton? We have lost 2 good pizza places.
The pizza, though, must have had an off day. Our 16″ pepperoni had a black bottom crust, but the cheese on top was not fully melted. This typically means it was cooked too hot, too fast. While still edible, I would not call it “legendary.” The sauce had glimpses of deliciousness, but it was lost in the over baked crust and gooey for the wrong reasons cheese. Hopefully this was the exception to an otherwise fantastic pizza, because the staff and atmosphere are 5-stars all the way.
I did not want to write this review because Abby’s Pizza is my favorite pizza chain and I have been a regular for years. Not to this particular location but I have been a regular at the location in Dallas and I have visited several other locations.
So I got a large thin crust pepperoni, and everything about it was bad. There was nothing redeemable about this pizza. I tried so hard to enjoy it but I just could not eat more than 3 slices. For me that is not a lot, I usually chow down 7 or 8 and finish the leftovers the next day.
Abby’s has been almost perfect, I have eaten a lot of abby’s pizza over the years and I have only had 3 bad pizzas. The first bad pizza I got from Dallas, I was too busy to take it back and deal with it so I just took the loss. (I would still rate this place 5 stars and it has been my goto pizza place for like 15 years)
My second bad pizza came from this location. In that order I got a small deep dish pepperoni, and a free mini pepperoni pizza for my birthday. The deep dish was great, but the mini was not. Complaining about a bad free mini pizza seemed ridicoulous so of course I did not bother. I understand stuff happens, so expecting any restaurant to be perfect all the time is unreasonable. However I do expect them to make it right whenever something goes wrong but unfortunately they did not. This was my third bad pizza from abby’s, I tried to tell them it was a bad pizza but was just told by the manager Jacob “nothing we can do.” This response managed to disappoint me more than the pizza.
