We checked in later in the day at the Holiday Inn Express and didn’t feel like going far for dinner. Located adjacent to the hotel in the casino, this was a convenient choice. I tried the fish tacos and definitely enjoyed them, very tasty and just enough without being too heavy. The wait staff was pleasant and attentive. Overall this was a great choice if you’re tired from a long day of driving and not looking to travel too far.

The most amazing fish tacos you can enjoy. It was quite an experience because this is the only place we found that had quality food and experience we are used to.
The Chef checked on the food and our experience during every dinner we had here. The staff and waiters were amicable and catered to all our requests. By far the place I would like to go and enjoy in a vacation.
Overall great place to eat and drink. 5 stars for everything and a Michelin star if I could give it.

Tanya and Anthony are amazing! Tanya the bartender was so helpful and she made sure we enjoyed our drinks she made us some redwood smoked shots that were amazing! Anthony the chef is *chef kiss* smoked turkey vegetable soup was delicious we also ordered the rib eye with the side fries with green chili cheese sauce. The side veggies and side salad the ranch was even chef kiss. We spent $45 on food. We don’t live local but will definitely come back just for their food and service! Don’t sleep on this place.

We stayed at the hotel across the way and decided to order takeout from this grill due to convenience. We have usually always had great experience with Casino Restaurants. The food was very bad. I gave the food zero stars for a reason. The French Dips meat looked like it was over two weeks old. Our salads were old and had to throw most of it away & the chicken nuggets we got we just threw away because they were like cardboard. We actually didn’t eat it all because we were nervous about food poisoning, that is how badly it was cooked. My husband ordered a 7/7 and both bartenders did not know what it was and one topped it off with a SeaQuake Beer. Not worth it at all. You are better off just driving further down or picking up takeout elsewhere or across the street at that little grill/bar.

Excellent grilled fish and shrimp tacos- great flavor, slight kick, super fresh pico! So filling and couldn’t beat the price. Good drinks, great atmosphere, super friendly service. Might have been counter service at one time, but is sit down service now. We had considered driving into Crescent City, but are so glad we didn’t. Here on vacation and have pretty high standards, really glad we ate here.

You never know what to expect when you are out in the middle of nowhere, but we were pleasantly surprised. We came on a buffet day. Delicious salads, tender steak strips, delicious chicken and fish. I wish the sides had more variety and maybe desert to go with the buffet but overall I enjoyed the food, service was great and friendly and the drinks from the bar were not stingy or watered down.

Inside of the holiday inn, along with 50 slot machines. Restaurant was busy and understaffed but the crew did a good job working as a team. Black bean burger is vegan and gluten free.

I have to hand it to Anthony’s for service and I think he is a valued part of the team.
Ordered a gluten-free crust pizza, and it was excellent add an old-fashioned and the drink was one of the best.

Ordered Long Island ice teas and they clearly didn’t know how to make one. (Picture attached) Substituted it with a rum and coke but the coke was flat. Ribeye dinner for $25 a plate and brought our bill to $70 for the two of us. The ribeye was thin, tough and fatty. The baked potato was warm not hot. I tried to lower my expectations but this was just awful.

The best fish tacos I have had. Add a little bit of the Humboldt hot sauce and it will satisfy your taste buds like nothing else.
