We went here for a friend’s birthday and had a great time. The hosts were very friendly, warm, and welcoming. The food was even better than our expectations. We tried practically everything on the menu and weren’t disappointed with anything.
Highly recommend ordering their chai, onion bhajji, lamb seekh kebab, benne dose, and gulab jamun. Everything was very fresh, rich with flavor, and well-balanced taste. Hands down the best Indian food we have had in the Boston city area.
Beers are also great. Options mostly include IPAs and lagers. If those aren’t your preferences, then definitely try their chai or mango lasso – you won’t be disappointed.
It gets busy and seems very popular (as it should be) – so call ahead to see if you can reserve a table.
An exceptional hidden gem. Will not be surprised if they soon get a Michelin mention. Top notch real food, made fresh. Everything tastes wonderfully balanced and passionately crafted. One of the best meals I’ve had in the Boston area. Keith the creator of this place is a master of his craft and really knows his stuff.
P.S. that’s not butter on the dosa its desi style “makkhan” and that’s where they
won
me over completely.
