This is the absolute best, authentic Indian cuisine in Brisbane and the most consistent in quality. The staff are friendly, warm and very helpful, I have dined in and ordered take-away multiple times and always receive exceptional service particularly from the beautiful waitress “Oshin” she is always smiling and ready to help create the perfect experience. When ordering from the menu, the Meat Samosa is a great option for a starter, the sauces that accompany the dish are delicious (Veg option available), for mains Lamb Rogan Josh and the Butter Chicken are the stand outs (make sure you mop the sauce up with some Garlic Naan and add some Raita). I love this restaurant, highly recommend.

One of the best Indian restaurants in Brisbane. Authentic taste with reasonable price and quick service.

We enjoyed entrée, mains and drinks. Staff were very professional and helpful. Butter chicken and lamb samosa tasted amazing. Will definitely be back and highly recommend

This place slaps, hard.
The food whether mild or hot is amazingly tasty, and the naan bread is some of the best I’ve had.
Service is great.
Pretty standard pricing that you’d expect when dining out in Australia these days, and for the quality of the experience you get, is definitely worth your money.
Been here 3 times since moving into the area, will be coming back regularly.

Aamaya deserves the highest rating possible.
Every single dish was full of so many flavours. Each side dish or sauce complimented the main dish extremely well. Big and filling servings. I highly recommend sharing with the people go with.
The vegetable samosas and chicken mango curry were the favourites for us, must tries!
The service was exceptional. Our waitress was accomodating, friendly, attentive, and lovely.
We will absolutely be back.

The food here was really good I enjoyed my evening. We had the fish molly and a spinach lamb dish. Both were great. The cheese and spinach Naan was not too rich for me but my partner really liked it. Service was quick. Food came out out promptly. Overall a good experience . I would eat here again if wanting Indian.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at Aamaya Indian Restaurant in Hamilton, Brisbane, and I must say it was a delightful experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for a memorable evening.

For starters, we ordered the Onion Baja, and it was a great choice. The batter was light and crispy, and the onions were perfectly cooked. The dish had just the right amount of spice, adding a flavorful kick to the overall taste.

Next, we tried the Hara Bhara Kebab, and it was a highlight of the evening. These delicate little disks of green were beautifully prepared, and the spinach really shone through. The kebabs were incredibly soft and practically melted in our mouths, leaving us wanting more.

The Nann breads were an unexpected delight. They were light, crispy, and had a fragrant aroma that added an extra layer of flavor to our meal. They were the perfect accompaniment to the curries we ordered.

We opted for the Vindaloo (lamb), Korma (chicken), and Paneer Pasanda. We requested them to be prepared “Indian hot,” and while the flavors were fantastic, we were hoping for a bit more heat. Nonetheless, the curries were rich in taste, and the meat was of excellent quality – tender, moist, and bursting with flavor.

The service at Aamaya Indian Restaurant was top-notch. The staff was attentive, and our wine arrived promptly. However, there was one small hiccup in the service when we were hurried along to finish our starters because the mains were ready. We would have appreciated a bit more time to savor our appetizers.

The restaurant’s atmosphere was another aspect we thoroughly enjoyed. The style and decor added to the overall dining experience, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance.

Overall, we had a fantastic dinner at Aamaya Indian Restaurant, and we would gladly return for another meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to all Indian cuisine enthusiasts.

Came here on our anniversary for dinner. Definitely not disappointed. Great food and great service from Khush, the waitress. She had a good chat to us and also was very cheerful and polite. Chicken Jalfrezi was perfect as well as Malai Kofta. Will be back.

Ive been here a few times and both times ive reveived great service and the best curry ive ever had. There is a large array of options for all dietary needs, most of their menu is gluten free, they have a lot of options for vegans and vegetarians. For those butter chicken lovers, I don’t think it can get better than this. I dont usually seek out indian food but i have been here twice in a month and plan to come back again.

The worst biryani I’ve ever had! The food is terrible—no flavor, no authenticity. And to make it worse, this so-called “biryani” has nothing to do with real Indian biryani. It tastes more like a British version, completely missing the rich spices and aromas of traditional Indian cuisine. A truly disappointing experience—I wouldn’t recommend it at all

I was here for dinner in a group. Let me first start by saying the decor and presentation of the restaurant is very well done and extremely welcoming. The food is moderately priced for what it is but is extremely filling and packed full of flavour. The coconut rice was definitely a stand out and possibly the best I have ever had. Considering the lack of customers in the restaurant the service was slightly slow. Overall still a fantastic meal that I would happily recommend.
