Adam smokes a mean brisket! It’s not just about how you smoke it but the cuts you put on to smoke. Chicken wings were off the chain and the Mac n cheese needs to come in an IV bag so I can drip the stuff while I sleep. It’s inside the Trackside Bar.

Great meal and atmosphere! The pulled pork is moist and well cooked, the bread was buttery and toasted to perfection! My daughter had the burger and onion rings. My daughter’s favorite part, that cheese pull! Highly recommend!
