I ordered a large pizza, found hair was cooked in my pizza, have photos and videos. Called the store manager on duty told me he couldn’t do anything to call back in the morning when the main manager was in, called the main manager and he told me I should’nt of waited that long to make the complaint and it’s not fair that I’m requesting a refund for the pizza that had hair COOKED IN THE CRUST. That it happens. Totally unacceptable especially for a place I order from ONCE A WEEK.

Always hot fresh, good Pizza definitely care about the customer. I was late picking my Pizza up got into my accent called them told them my issue when I showed up, they providing me with a replacement Pizza. And got the original one i ordered for free. They saw my truck and now the whole side of it had been damaged and realize I wasn’t lying. Also, I’m a 1 AM in beauty femalen I was by myself lunches of a hot Pizza. We love this place. When we want someone else to make us pizza (we’re good at it), this is the only place we get it. There is no dining room, but that’s not a bad thing. The pizza crust is amazing. Be sure to get the mozzarella sticks–they’re the best I’ve ever had.
