Sometimes, five stars don’t do a location justice. This is one of those times.
Exceptional in every respect. The atmosphere is honestly one of those rare finds.
Service was fantastic, sat at the bar and our server was never more than a few steps away.
The spirits selection is something that you rarely see. Their top shelf, is what the words mean.
Everything we had to eat was outstanding. Served fast and almost too hot to eat, except the oysters of course, which were also over the top. I seriously can’t give the fish and chips a high enough recommendation!
My only regret is that I don’t live nearby. When I’m anywhere near here, I’ll go out of my way to visit again!

Wonderful find! Great little restaurant with outstanding food! Fast friendly service. Large selection of foods and spirits. ♿ accessible, including the restrooms. Only issue worth mentioning was the noise level and it cannot handle large groups. We will definitely return and recommend it when you are in town!

I wasn’t going to write this, but I tried to talk to the manager on two different days and was told they were to busy to speak to me. My friend and I went into this place for a drink. We sat at the bar and had one drink each. I asked the blonde bartender (I believe her name is Mellissa) to cash me out and gave her a 50$ bill. She gave me my ticket and two 10’s as change. I thought to myself, that’s a dumb way to give me my change because now I don’t have any small bills to tip with. So i looked at the ticket, total $27 and change, and got in my wallet for some singles for the tip. Tipped her $5. It wasn’t until later that I realized she had pocketed the rest of my change. 2 bucks and some change from the original ticket. My change should have been $22 and change but she only gave me $20. Makes me wonder how often she steals from the customers that may not be paying attention. This just makes me so mad! I should have noticed, but we were having a good time and yapping with each other so I wasn’t paying attention. This girl should be fired for stealing. So if you decide to go there, make sure you pay attention to the bill.

We’ve been here several times and have always enjoyed the food. We were seated right away. Sometimes you might have to wait to get in. The service was very good too! We ate the Crab Louie and a Cheeseburger. Both were very tasty.
They have a huge two page list of Scotch, Bourbon, Whiskey, Vodka, Gin, Tequila, etc. I’ve never seen a list like theirs.

Great little seafood spot with impeccable service, delicious oysters, and other seafood goodies worth exploring. I appreciated the (very) extensive drink list and (very) strong the cocktails. Could have skipped crab cake and calamari but the oysters and clam chowder are a must try.

Good food, nice scenery, and fresh oysters. What else could a girl ask for?! Oysters tasted good. However, there was a crab inside, and some shells were shocked, but the flavor was good. They have great selections of alcohol in this place. Po boy is a way to go. The shrimps had a wonderful texture and good flavors.

Always great for oysters, so I thought I’d try their crab cake this time = MISTAKE! There was not ONE piece of crab in it at all, just a patty of pasty “filler”. I told both the Bartender AND the front door Hostess about it and they both did NOTHING. I drove 3 hours to not only spend time in Carmel, but to eat here, so there is NO MORE AW SHUCKS for me. Plenty of other places nearby that actually give you crab when you pay for it and also try to make the nightmare better.
