Usually we enjoy this place. But this time it wasn’t very good. The fries were pale and not cooked well, My wings were just okay, but the Philly cheesesteak sandwich my husband got was awful, cold with half melted cheese. We were very disappointed! The worst part is you can’t call to complain.

This location used to have great food and it had been a while since we ordered. We got our food from pickup and let them know we were missing two of our drinks. They didnt believe us and wanted to see the receipt. After we showed them they gave us our drinks. We also let them know that we believed we were missing an order (it was a large order) and they assured us everything was there. We picked up our food right after 11 am and I got the chicken fingers and french fries. The chicken fingers tasted like old oil and like it was cooked in the same fryer as fish. the french fries were really stale and really cold. On top of that they completely forgot an order of fish and shrimp, so we had to drive all the way back to get our missing food just for them to not believe us again. After looking they realized it was left on the counter and not given to us. Super disappointing because this place used to be good, but it will be a very long time before I try it again.

Ordered door dash and they brought the wrong order, so I had to go in person. The manager was friendly and very apologetic. She replaced my entire order! The young lady who checked my order was friendly and very professional. And I came in when the place was packed! The food was delicious!!!!!

So, go there for lunch, order 5 naked and 5 garlic Parmesean…..the only good thing was it was hot and under 20 minutes. I didn’t see the bottles of Lawry seasoning on the hot sauce table, which would’ve given me a better picture of the place. They threw season less Parmesean powder on the wings and passed it off. Looks was deceiving at the time. I will drive 10 more minutes next time.

I have gone several times and I mean several time before I came up with the conclusion it’s over for them because there is a such thing as a bad day but no this place must of lost a good cook because the food as been bad ever sense. The wings are always small and over cooked . I did give them 2 stars because the staff is nice and the restaurant is clean.
