We are new to the area & decided to try them out. One of the managers were up front & had no problem with helping the cashier rung us up the best price’s for our combos, and he didn’t have an attitude! (No one had an attitude nor was annoyed with us trying to figure out the order.) Then he went to the back. Don’t know if he cooked or if someone else did but it was DELICIOUS and on point! We will order again, be it, in person or online. Thank you so much for your great food and great customer service!

My experience at A Town Wings on Flat Shoals was extremely disappointing. It was honestly one of the nastiest orders of fried wings I’ve ever had. The grease they used tasted old and clearly hadn’t been changed in a while. My wings weren’t crispy in a good way—they were so overcooked that biting into them felt like chewing on potato chips, brittle and dry. The fries were just as bad. They came out an odd crayon-yellow color, looking undercooked but somehow still greasy at the same time.

Overall, the meal was inedible. When you go out for wings, you expect fresh, hot food with a good crunch—not this. It made me question the kitchen’s standards for quality and cleanliness. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Poor Service , The Girl At The Counter Has A Miserable Horrible , Disgusting Attitude. She Doesn’t Relay The Messages To The Cook About How The Food Should Be Cooked . She Just Gives You Anything. She Shouldn’t Even Be Working At The Establishment If She Sooo Unhappy . Makes Customer Not Want To Shop

The employees were nice and friendly, this was my first time here and I came at the suggestion of a friend who said they were pretty good. I ordered lemon pepper wings with fries, my friend ordered fried fish and wing combo. My order came up right away but she had to wait about 15 minutes. When we asked why it took so much longer they said the wings are pre cooked but the fish is cooked to order. My wings were really hard and super dry. Tasted like regular friend wings to me. My friend was told she had catfish but it looked and tasted like talipa, when she asked again what type of fish it was the employee said it was definitely catfish. Still not sure about that see picture of food items below.

Worst wings I’ve ever tasted. Fries weren’t far behind them. Wings tasted like they were cooked yesterday and refried in old grease. The wing sauce was watery and nasty, and the fries tasted like corn. They didn’t even look like crinkle fries. They look like wavy fries and were yellow!!! They don’t have to EVER worry about me ever coming back to this restaurant or any others named after it.

This was some of the nastiest most disgusting food I’ve ever had in my life. I couldn’t even finish it because I was gagging from the grease or something. I don’t typically eat like this and I’m mad I wasted my cheat calories on this. The wings were gross, tiny and severely over salted. I’m sure they get the crinkle cut fries from Walmart across the street and the damn Philly had me gagging! They have a no refund paint on the wall so I didn’t even bother to ask but I gladly walked back in their store and threw it in their trash can. I literally nibbled on one wing (couldn’t finish it) and then tried to eat the Philly, which is when I came close to throwing up. Look at the pictures! They say it all. Don’t come here unless you want to shed about 5 years off of your life span.

I like the food at A Town Wings. I am not happy at all that they charged me $1 for egg in my shrimp fried rice and didn’t ask me first. Then, I did not have one egg in my shrimp fried rice. Just trifling!

Atown on old nat is one of my favorite. Went around 11:30 am on a Friday for lunch. It wasn’t busy. Got the 16 pc garlic pepper wings with plain fried rice combo. Wings were cooked fresh, the garlic pepper didn’t come through how I like it. Tasted like plain fried wings with no seasoning. Fried rice was good. Place was clean and cashier was nice.

This my Favorite wing spot to go get my wings. I love the fact they offer different options, you can get fried rice, salad, onion rings and etc. The wings come crispy and they taste amazing.

I tried Town Wings on my daughter and her husband’s recommendation. I have to say, the wings weren’t the greatest to me, but I still appreciated the experience and giving it a try.

Do you want me to make it more positive but still honest (highlighting the effort, staff, or atmosphere), or keep it just straightforward like this?
