When ever I travel, for work or play, I try to find a small noncorporate place to try. I was happy to try this place, since I have a love for catfish. The decor style is like an ole’ school Louisiana restaurant and club. I was told the dance club is a separate business, so I wasn’t able to see much more than the dance floor and DJ area. The service was great. I love the story on how they opened this place. There is a full bar with premium spirits too. The menu has a lot of great southern/Creole dishes. I opted for the catfish. I am not a fan of the type of corn meal used for the outside, but the fish was very good. I also tried the shrimp. Juicy and not overcooked. The string beans are the star of the show! They were well cooked, seasoned with a little kick and little pieces of sausage mixed in. Unfortunately, they were out of alligator so that was a loss for me. From the way everything tasted, I’m sure it would be fire as well! I travel to Wenatchee once a year, and I will definitely return next year! I need a dose of that alligator!!!!

I was seriously disappointed in this place. It wasn’t busy when I visited but it took 40 minutes to get my boudin balls. The boudin balls were pretty good. The main dish however was a huge disaster. One little piece of chicken and maybe 4 slices of sausage in the chicken and sausage jambalaya. I was told they were probably out of the potato salad so we went with mac and cheese. It was made with spaghetti noodles instead of elbow noodle like I saw in other photos. It actually had a good taste. Overall flavor of the jambalaya was not good and very wet. The atmosphere was lack luster. Eventually music was turned on but it would have been nice if it was zedico or something similar.

Wonderful home cooking, from a culture not too far away. Had the stuffed hush puppies and Po Boy with catfish. All were perfect in temperature and freshly cooked. Not like so many chain restaurants that just reheat dishes…

Went tonight for an early dinner- had the pulled pork sandwich with mac n cheese, seafood gumbo with potato salad and beignets. The people working were wonderful and so kind! Even brought us some hush puppies to try and kept my toddler entertained! The food was great:)

Great service and even better food! Living in the south for a few years its hard to find anything like it in Washington and this place is better than most places I ate at in the south. 10/10 would recommend. Only downside is the location being in a bar / club didn’t really care for the environment but would go back for the amazing food and service.

Have gone twice, and each time the food was delicious. The first time I got a Pulled Pork Sammie, and the second time I got a Brisket Southern BBQ with two sides: potato salad and mac and cheese. I also tried their Shrimp Po’boy sandwich and stuffed hush puppies, and they were great. Highly recommend their mocktails!

We found this place on Google and decided to give it a try for the first time. We didn’t realize it was located inside a nightclub, which made for a bit of a surprising first impression. There were only a couple of occupied tables, and the rest of the space felt dark and mostly empty. The entrance area also seemed a little unkempt.
Our waitress was friendly, though service was somewhat slow and lacked efficiency. We ordered the Valentine’s special. We really enjoyed both the house hush puppies and the stuffed hush puppies—they were definitely a highlight. One entrée included a side salad, which was fresh and very good. The fettuccine tasted pretty good as well, although the presentation was a bit messy.
Unfortunately, the jambalaya was disappointing. It lacked flavor and wasn’t presented in an appealing way. Our drinks were good, but the waitress never came back to check if we’d like another round. Because service was so slow, we chose to take dessert to go so we could get on our way.
Overall, there were a few bright spots, but the atmosphere and service left room for improvement.

Let me just say that BK is the man. It is difficult to find authentic Cajun and Creole Cuisine but this place is definitely a hidden gem in Wenatchee. We started with shrimp filled hushpuppies dipped in both homemade tartar sauce and yum yum sauce. Normally I absolutely hate tartar sauce but this recipe was out of the park. Next, I devoured into a delicious catfish po boy. Even though the bread was not French bread, it was still excellent. All the food is made from scratch and BK’s personality makes the experience that much better.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. It’s inside of a bar/club yes, but the fantastic food and warm customer service might make this place my new favorite. The hushpuppies and fried okra are phenomenal. I had the brisket sammie and the brisket is to die for. We were there during a lull, and the chef/owners came to our table to talk for a few minutes. They were so kind and welcoming. Thanks for a great meal! Looking forward to checking out the blues nights.

Touch Of Soul is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family—the customer service is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive without feeling rushed. You can tell they truly care about their guests.
And the food? Incredible. Every dish is packed with bold Cajun flavor, perfectly seasoned, and clearly made with love. Everything tasted fresh and soulful, the kind of meal that keeps you thinking about it long after you leave.
If you’re looking for great food and great people, this place delivers on both. Highly recommend!
