Leslie just opened this place and was so welcoming. We had the Philly cheese steak and spaghetti with garlic cheesy bread. All of it was amazing! Please go try this place if you’re in Kellogg. But also please be kind and patient as it is brand new and is pretty much a one-woman shop while it gains traction. It’s well worth any wait!

I have been waiting for this place to open for a while now. I wanted to be one of the first so I can get a review in and then go back later to see if things have changed.
First: they are so new that the menus haven’t even showed up yet. I am familiar with new openings and not everything happens all at once; the fact that they are doing a ‘soft open’ is great because it gives them a chance to offer their favorite.

I elected to get the philly but I wanted everything on it and not the ‘Cheese whiz’ which makes the Cheesesteak authentic.
I got a half sandwich because a full sandwich is enough for a family. They make the sandwiches on a full size french roll. I am not sure what this weighs but I ate half of my half sandwich and am full as I write this. As I watched Leslie, the owner, make this, I noticed the fresh steak and vegetable she was using. I elected to get the fresh Jalapenos on mine with half of the (1/2) sandwich provolone and the other half pepperjack.

The Sandwich was delicious, the veggies (Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Onions and Jalapenos were in abundance and cooked just right by my standards. The meat was a bit saltier (spices) than I would prefer so I will ask for less next time.

I look forward to my next meal and hopefully I have a menu in my hand to help me make the decision easier.

Extremely tasty Philly. Took chefs recommendations for pepperoncini and cheese. Great spice. Generous portions. Would frequent if I lived closer.

Went for dinner on a Friday or Saturday and the place was dead quiet. Despite the ominous beginning, my party of three ordered a variety of items, the famous garlic bread, soup, pasta, and 2 sandwiches and bottles of water.

We didn’t end up receiving 2 items, the soup and the pasta, the garlic bread was overcooked and was more infamous than famous. The sandwiches were soggy and the fact that you have to purchase your own water was the icing on the cake.

The value for money was in this humble diner’s experience, poor. We won’t be returning but hope the customer service issues can be ironed out as this would improve the overall dining experience.

Amazing place to eat, my wife and son wen there after a long day of riding, and we where starved. My wife and I both had a OF Philly 1/2 and could barely finish it. It was so good and huge, so worth every penny. Fresh cut ingredients, delicious warm bread, just perfect. Leslie was awesome, just a chill relaxed gal who makes amazing food. We got dessert to go and it made our night. If you are in Kellogg, you have to get a get a OG Philly from A Taste of Philly.

This is the best Philly steak sandwich I’ve ever had. The complaints about taking to long are impatient people. So worth the weight. Garlic cheesy bread was delicious. Mac and cheese was bomb. Nothing bad to say. A half can be split 100%. A whole sandwich 22” is for 3+ people. Portions are huge.

Last Saturday night I had one of the best veggie sandwiches made by the new owner Leslie. She was so very friendly with a great passion as a chef of classic “Americana Fine Cuisine.”

I’ve eaten at most of the nice restaurants in town, and hers is now my favorite one.

Thank you Leslie for adding to what makes our town special and unique.

I normally don’t leave reviews unless an experience is really great or no-so-good. We dined in at noon on a Saturday and were the only ones there. Only one person and she served us and cooked our food. Didn’t see another person. So that should have told us to not stay. The floor and tables are so sticky. We had to ask for a cloth to wipe it down. Server said it’s just greasy everywhere because of the open grill. No excuse you are a restaurant.

Cheesesteak isn’t shaved like it is in Philly. bread was too soft, too much, meat was meh.

My son’s buffalo chicken Philly was so bad. We each took a bite and just not good. Couldn’t eat it. Tater tots were zero flavor, like “Great Value” tots. Meatball sub wasn’t good either.

Served was nice but Overall I would not recommend.

I’m picky about Philly’s. I’ve been waiting with baited breath for this place to open and when I saw her Facebook post about being open, when I tell you I booked it there. I did!

The owner is so sweet and makes your sandwich JUST how you want it. She even offered then added some garlic butter to mine and it was Life Changing.

We don’t have a ton of solid food options here in the valley but if you live here or are just passing through. Come here. HALF of our sandwich was as big as my head. I can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I stopped in on there soft opening. We were excited to try this out. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 18 years.

The bread is way to much, peppers and onions need to be cut smaller. No one wants half a pepper in one bit. Second the meat is not the right cut. This is nota Philly cheese steak that I have ever seen. Third the price for the valley is out of control, one whole sandwich and pop for $33 dollars, way to much. Yokes makes a better sandwich for a lot less.
Sorry for the bad review. But not everyone can run a restaurant just because you worked in one. One last thing you opened up, in the wrong time of year you missed the whole summer. Will not eat there again.
