The ratings are true! Stopped in for lunch and had an excellent experience! Service was kind and the food prepared with care. On top of that, the Cuban sandwich was one of the best I’ve had, and I live for a good Cuban sandwich. The plantains done perfectly… so good. I will go out of my way to return to A Taste Of Cuba very soon! (I owe it to myself to get a Cuban coffee and dessert next time!)

Tried this restaurant on the recommendation of a cousin who lives in Waynesboro. The meal was great. I ordered the Ropa Vieja with sides of corn and black beans. The spicy shredded beef was delicious and the sides were well paired to the dish. My wife ordered a half chicken with sides of corn and rice and beans. The amount of food delivered was a feast that could have fed four. And the prices were exceptionally reasonable. We also sampled tostones, yuca fries, and fried plantain. What a wonderful meal! The service was excellent, the booth was comfortable, and the chef came out to talk with us. We’ll be back.

If you’re from Florida or want something just as good as good as the Cuban food in Florida This is the place to go, they get the bread special from Florida for the Cuban sandwiches everything is amazing from here and this is a great local spot if you’re in the Waynesboro, Harrisonburg and Charlottesville area

The food was so delicious! My husband and I were so happy to enjoy authenic Cuban food. My husband had a Cuban Sandwich and it was amazing! I had fried plantains, red beans and ropa vieja. The dishes were seasoned perfectly and the portions were very generous. The flan was the perfect ending! Staff and service are superb. We will be back again!!!!!

My daughter turned me on to this little place and I must say WOW! Parking was easy, customer service was super friendly. Wait time was average for any restaurant. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. It was definitely an experience that I wish to repeat on a regular basis. Did I mention the food? Lol we over ordered simply because we couldn’t decide on items and wanted to try it all! Every dish we ordered tasted absolutely amazing! Portion sizes were more than expected and there were enough leftovers to have several meals at home. I’m not sure why anyone would give this place less than five stars, as it earns every single one of them brightly shining. Even if I had to park far away, which I didn’t, it would have been well worth any walk. Looking forward to my next experience here.

Stopped in for a Cuban sandwich. Very nice little place. Sadly, I was told the outside seating was not dog friendly. Inside was nice, service was alright. The sandwich was good. The pork had a real good flavor. A little thin on the meat side, but a good Cuban sandwich non the less. We will definitely go back and try some other menu items. Go give them a try!
