First of all let me start by saying how clean this place is. Secondly our waiter Jaylon was amazing and just so cheerful and on point with everything. You gotta try the Philly Steak Roll and the Passionfruit Martini!!! The sushi was fresh and yummy. I really like the management of this place. Absolutely loved it and will be back!

My partner and I have been coming for for 4+ years and each and every time, consistency is there, full of flavor, service is genuine, never disappoints. Our go tos is the chicken egg drop soup (super flavorful, perfect if you’re feeling under the weather, has a creamy twist to your traditional egg drop), the crawfish shiitake, fried squid, their wagyu hot rock all delicious!!!! Sashimi platters are also all good! When we order sushi, we always order from the specialty menu (higher in price, but you are getting quality fish!). The owners know us by now. We have an hour commute just to eat here and we don’t mind doing it each and every time we have the urge for this food. Again, never has disappointed.

I hate to blast these guys because I do like Asian food but I got to speak on it. The first missing star is for value. This place was over priced. The second missing star was for presentation. I don’t know if this was fusion food or what. The food was just unattractive to me with small portions. The third missing star was for the service. The waiter would cut us off in mid sentence by agreeing with us and then walk away even though we had more to tell him. I don’t know if it was the automatic 20% gratuity (5 people) or something else. I did like the funky 80’s music and the sweet tea ($3.50) was good.

Considering it was our first time going there, we ordered off the menu and not the sushi so our order took longer than expected. We didn’t get our edamame until almost a few minutes before we got our main meal and it took a while for our refills to get refilled.

Ate lunch at 12nn on a Sunday. We were one of the first few customers of the day. Good and prompt service. Good food, too. We ordered the bento/lunch box and chicken fried rice for the kiddos.

Never coming back for the simple fact that they basically told us how much to tip them. We didn’t give them more because the whole time we felt rushed. All the time bugging you, can just enjoy your food and have a conversation!!!!! You as a customer are entitled to give whatever you consider their service is worth, this lady approached our table and told us in front of other customers how much we were supposed to tip, so embarrassing!

A&Tan Asian Bistro Sushi Bar rushed us to get out of there restaurant. Then I added my friends meal to my card since they don’t take Apple Pay and the owner came and embarrassed me to tell me I had a 100.00 worth of food and I only left a 5.00 tip in front of everyone . I will never come back . How dare she ask me to give more tip then 5.00 . She said it loud and corner me and bully me to put a 1 by the 5 making it a 15.00 tip . I will never come back . Honestly bully your customers is not the way you stay in business and get return customers . I never in my life have been embarrassed like this. Customers tip are based on service and customers should not feel pressured to tip more PERIOD.
